When calling and using your AI driven phone service it is a great waste of time! When asked to talk to a live person it often replied "I dont understand" and eventually hung up. When I tried to use the online chat support to ask if our gate combination information be passed onto the driver the the live person (I think) said it was a better use of time for me to call, and the AI situation stated all over, finally when talking with a live person they were very helpful. So AI is not ready. See attached for the live chat.

Beware! We own a landscape business and are currently doing fall clean-ups. That said, we are taking our trailer full of leaves daily to this landfill. Every day there is a different employee there charging us a completely different price! Often times the price is not even close to the previous trip from the previous day. One day they charged us $48, the next was $65, another day was in the $70's and the most recent was $117 where we finally said something! They wanted to argue with us and then finally dropped it into the $80's. The employees there are literally just making up prices. We have since switched and are now going to the Loveland recycling center.

Everyone on our block did not get their trash picked up on June 19, even though our recycling was picked up that day. Since we reported it after 6 p.m. on June 19, the trash wasn't picked up until two business days later. It seems like your company should have sent an email explanation as to why our whole block's trash was not picked up on June 19.

The Larimer County Landfill is not run by Waste Management. Do not call the Landfill if you are trying to get in touch with Waste Management. Google has the information wrong.

When I called to cancel my service they missed my final pick up. I spent hours on the phone getting that done. Then spent even more time on the phone trying to get the cans picked up. It was told by the company that I would owe $85 for a cancellation fee and to pick up my cans. When I reached out and told them that no the company does that, They said they were the account and then charged me anyway. Very poor customer service experience all the way around. It's easy to order service and they're happy to take your money but good luck getting a hold of them.

Great place to take a large dump!

Friendly staff, straightforward process, and quick dump experience. Would recommend disposing of your load here. No holes to dump into… just dump where you want in the designated area. You’ll leave saying, “wow, that was a great dump experience.”

Rude , entitled, no helpful. Who ever answers the phone needs customer service training. I asked some simple questions and was met with nothing but attitude and aggression. EAD

Breakdown and drive 25 min to recycle a pickup truck full of Jeff Bezos's oversized shipping boxes, $35. Trying to stuff a truckload of cardboard into the landfills 3 overloaded bins, priceless!

I have used this Landfill many many times and it is one of the best I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to a lot. The place where you dump is always cleaned up and there’s always someone to guide you on where to go to dump. Larimer County is lucky to have such a nice Landfill for their community. Staff is friendly and the lines can get long but move along pretty quickly.

Lucas was incredible he has worked on multiple things around my home. Fixed my garage door. My front door Cabinets in my house. Hung a bunch of things. He showed up on time and was so amazing with my kids. He was fun to have around and was literally a god send. He did extra work without even being asked just to help me out. Would recommend to anyone in a heart beat. He also fixed my dryer and a closet door in my kids room. Incredible work and an incredible human.
