Platinum Home Service was able to quickly schedule and assist us with removing/repairing a broken deadbolt in our security door that prevented us from leaving out our front door. He made an effort to fit us in first thing the following morning before his other jobs.

Gregory is a professional, polite and hard working indivdual in getting the task on hand done in a timely manner. Trust me his skills are hands down one the best handyman in the Northern Colorado area. He took down the old ceiling fan and installed a new ceiling fan.

Greg was a life-saver! I got a little too ambitious with some DIY projects and he was at my house in less than 24 hours, was super up-front about pricing, and helped out more than I expected to during his visit -- I originally had him out with some help hanging a light but he was able to help with some plumbing, too. Can't say anything other than amazing service! The process from first contact to quote to installation was a breeze! There was ample communication as the project continued - we had ordered french doors and waited for them to be built. As soon as the doors arrived Greg was out to get the worn out sliding glass door removed and the new doors installed. I'll absolutely be working with him again for some other projects we need done.

I am the facilities director at a couple different buildings, I have had Greg out multiple times to fix plumbing issues. For example he fixed a water heater for me and rebuilt a commercial mixing valve. He did these things flawlessly and in a short time. Greg did phenomenal work replacing our twenty year-old gas water heater (!) with a new one within 48 hours of calling him. His work is excellent. He’s extremely personable, honest, and communicates clearly and promptly. Couldn’t recommend his services more.

Greg was fantastic to work with. He was good at clarifying questions, communicated effectively, and made us feel at ease with replacing our water heater. We have used Platinum Home Services for two separate water leaks, one small scale and one very large scale. Greg completed each timely, with excellent attention to detail, and most importantly correctly repaired each to have our home looking even better than it was before. Most recently our large scale project was a dishwasher leak on the mid floor to the basement which required diagnosing the cause of the leak, tear out and mitigation, repair of plumbing, electricity, hardwood floors, carpeting, framing, drywall, texture, and paint. Greg completed and oversaw the timely completion of each, in addition to working with our insurance so that we were on track.

Platinum Home Service also repaired a shower leak and the resulting damage to my drywall in two rooms, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, the service we received was professional, punctual, and detail-oriented.
