My company was looking for a company that provided repairs and maintenance. We were so lucky to come across ace handyman services. Very professional they will have your estimate the next day. And they take the time to listen to your vision and will deliver. I highly highly recommend. Also shout out to carissa for all your patience as the company was setting up. She is very kind friendly and professional i have worked with weston and Kelly and they are both professional and friendly they both do amazing work. Highly recommend

Mason was AWESOME. Professional AND polite.He mounted our flat screen in NO time. We will absolutely use him AGAIN also the appointment center call was friendly and got us scheduled same day!!

Don replaced three exterior light fixtures for us. He came on time, was courteous, and did excellent work! We will definitely use him and Ace Handyman Service again.

We also had gutter cleaning service. Mason checked our gutters and found our gutters were relatively clean but gutter downpipes needed of be cleaned. He explained me about the procedure first and did a thorough job cleaning gutter downpipes for us. Thank you, Mason!

Tyler D. was the right person for the job! He was prompt, polite, kept me informed with what he was doing and where he was on the projects, and did a great job. I had flooring done in my bathroom and bi-fold doors hung...I couldn't be happier with how it all came out. I will definitely be using Tyler and Ace Handyman Services again!

Very disappointed in the poor service and lack of communication from Glenn and his team at Ace Handyman. They were supposed to complete a small break room project for me that ended up being delayed due to a bldg dept/fire sprinkler issue that was unforeseen. It took about a year to get the permits completed (not their fault or ours, just bldg dept woes ). Ace didn’t have the proper contractor licensing to actually complete the work on the sprinklers and wall, etc - which is why someone else did that part and then we expected Ace to come install the door.

When it came time to install the door- which had already been ordered when the work was originally supposed to begin and was sitting on site, it was discovered that the door they ordered was not the correct door and the swing / jam / frame needed to essentially go the other direction than the one that was ordered.
When I reached out to Glenn to tell them the issue and schedule a new door measure / install he told me they would refund me for the old door and pick it up.
I was also told it would take 3-6 weeks to order a new, correct door- unfortunately i could not wait that long. I opted to just have my landlord install a door they could get immediately so the job could be completed and the space could be finished.

I called Glenn at Ace over 30+ times (yes really) between last October and today to clarify why I still hadn’t got the refund and the door wasn’t picked up. He refused to return my calls and I was consistently told by reception that he was “in meetings” and that he’d get back to me. I had to resort to going to their office today, where I was finally told by Glenn in person that they won’t be giving me the refund as originally promised “because it was ordered in 2024 and they didn’t ultimately complete the job or install so it’s not their responsibility”.
Absolutely no accountability taken for previous conversations or promising the refund. The door was $1100+ and is now going to go in the trash I guess? Apparently it’s also my responsibility to get rid of it. For a small business this represented a lot of money and I’m disappointed Ace feels ok about keeping that revenue and leaving me high and dry.

BUYER BEWARE! If your job is in any way delayed due to bldg department hold ups or other licensing issues you will lose $$$ you’ve put down and and potential errors made in ordering will ultimately cost you. You will also be ignored if you try to get clarity on questions.

I never leave crummy reviews but in this scenario I truly feel as though I was taken advantage of and I don’t want others to lose money. I tried to handle with them directly and they clearly don’t care.

I wasn’t home for most of the assembly process. But I did get to meet the guys, they were great. And the pergola came out beautifully

Regis and Weston did an incredible job! They were accommodating and informative throughout the process while helping my wife and I work through some initial confusion about the project. They adjusted their schedule to fit comfortably with ours, helped us understand what materials to buy to help with overall time/cost, and responded to our questions quickly! We highly recommend them both not only for their craftsmanship, but also for their kindness and professionalism. Regis even left us with scrap wood from this project and some of his own leftover stains so we can test them out before we decide on a finish! Thanks to Regis, Weston, and everyone else at Ace that helped us along the way!

Kelly was just great! Friendly and considerate. He listened to what I wanted done and did it well. When needed he suggested better or different ways to do things. I highly recommend him.

Alex did a great job for us painting front door and patio furniture. He was very easy to work with and would use Alex and Ace again.

AFTER: I couldn't be happier with my experience with Ace Handyman Services. Jesse, the installer, did an excellent job communicating, installing, and cleaning up. Not only did he install this drop in sink and faucet, he also dealt with the tired grout between the granite tiles surrounding the sink.
Ace's fees are reasonable, particularly considering the quality of workmanship and the trustworthiness of the workers.
Next on my wish list is to replace the countertop, sinks, and faucets in the main bedroom. I'll definitely be calling Ace Handyman Services for that project - hopefully sooner rather than later. Highly recommend!

BEFORE: So far, so good. I contacted Ace for a second estimate on a drop in kitchen sink installation. Michael did a great job discussing labor package pricing and Jesse was able to come out the same day to provide an estimate. Jesse was friendly, respectful, and did a thorough job discussing the scope of the job, including redoing the grout around the sink that I asked about. He confirmed that the sink and faucet that I chose to purchase would indeed fit in the space, and now I'm just waiting for the products to arrive to schedule the install. I'll do another review when the work is finished. Attached is a "before" picture.
I'm feeling very hopeful that I found some competent, trustworthy handymen for my retirement team!

We needed new vertical blinds installed on our patio door. Brendan, our installer arrived on time, did an excellent job, and completed the work in less than an hour. We highly recommend Ace Handyman Services.

I wasn’t satisfied with part of the work done an my project. I texted and shared my concerns and Ace had a skilled person come and fix the problem the same day with no additional charge. They really stand behind their work!

Alex arrived on time. He looked at the project that I had & asked appropriate questions to make sure he did what I wanted. Alex was incredibly friendly and even did a couple more "little things" for me. I will definitely request Alex for any future projects.

Very happy! Mike was very friendly polite and very efficient very knowledgeable about the work he did for me. I would highly recommend him if anybody needs anything done around their house.. i’m already in the process of having him back over to do more work for me around my house. I am really happy with the two bathroom projects Jessy completed. I recommend Ace handyman service to everyone for all Handyman works and it is the best in the town. I have been struggling last 10 years to find the best handyman service and finally found it and will select them for all my future projects. And also Jessy is awesome.
