Tyler was great! Hired Ace to repair a drywall hole. He took care of it no problem! Additionally, Tyler saw me struggling to align a door and stepped in to finish it up. I’ve hired Ace before and they never have any issues or questions with the project. They always fix it no problem and will even tackle other small tasks if they have time left over.

This incident was approximately three years ago. It was still bothering me so I did the review. The day after the review below I got a call from Glenn the current owner. We had a productive and meaningful conversation regarding my experience. I felt that he was very sincere in wanting to make the situation "right" and wanted to redeem the company in my eyes. I sold the property in question about a year ago so there was nothing he could do about exact issue. Glenn offered to do some free work on my current home to help rectify the situation. I don't need any work done so that wasn't agreed to. I was however very impressed with the offer and sincere effort that Glenn was putting forth to fix the issue keeping my satisfaction as the focal point. I'm changing this review from one star to three stars. Kudos to Glenn, the call was extremely appreciated.

Poor quality and customer service. A simple plank floor installation took months to complete. The installation had errors and baseboards weren't nailed back on they were just placed against the wall so they were falling off and needed to be nailed on. Part of the floor was installed where carpet was removed. They installed flooring over a carpet staple that wasn't removed from the floor completely. That eventually pushed through the flooring and left a hole. Every time I called for assistance or help fixing an error they were a couple weeks out to send someone. Then when they would show up they'd say "this will take longer than this appointment is scheduled for" and then it would be at least a couple more weeks before they would come again. The quality was so bad that I just had to do some stuff myself and contract it out to other companies. They might do some excellent work on "fire pits" or other house projects but I received the worst of the worst experience I've ever had in dealing with ANY service related company.

Ace Handyman Service was a great decision. Don came out and gave us a fair bid and was able to start fairly quickly. His work was top notch and we are very happy with the final result on both projects he completed. We would definitely recommend him!

I recently had Ace back out to do some warranty repairs on my drywall. They were quick, courteous, and stood by their commitment at no additional charge. Glenn, Kelly, and Tyler went the extra mile to make sure the job was done well.

My sister and I had new windows installed. When we went to put up our vertical blinds they didn’t fit because the windows were thicker. I called Ace and Kelly came out the next day and installed the four vertical blinds. Kelly was very nice and finished just under the two hour slot so adjusted my sisters storm door. I would definitely use Ace Handyman Service again!

Super friendly, professional, and a high quality of work. They replace my gate and some fence posts, and a piece of trim that had a hole.I’ve already recommended them to two other people.

Tyler came out to do some drywall repair. He was prompt, very kind, resized the job when it wasn’t as big as anticipated. He communicated well on next steps and did a fantastic job. We would have him again for any of our needs. Very knowledgeable.

Tyler did an excellent job. Knew how to fix my door problem in a simple, effective way. Very polite and friendly, and cleaned up after. Great job. Only negative is kind of a high price, but they called me and adjusted the price based on the time it took! Really great

Tyler did an incredible job helping us prepare our home for sale. We had a long list of small projects, and he tackled all of them plus additional fixes we hadn’t even noticed. He was friendly, respectful, and kept us informed every step of the way. Highly recommend!

We recently asked Ace to build a brick fire pit in our backyard. Regis, the craftsman, is super-skilled and was great to work with! Glenn, the owner, was up front and transparent about the process and the budget. We enjoyed the design / build process as we were able to evaluate and discuss options, selected our favorite, and are extremely happy with the result! Highly recommended.

Ace Handyman Services did an excellent job insulating and sheetrocking the third stall of my garage here in Wellington, Colorado. Glenn, Kelly, Don, and Tyler were professional, efficient, and paid great attention to detail—the work turned out exactly how I hoped. I’m very happy with the results and would absolutely have them back again for future projects. Highly recommend!

I am so happy that we found Frontier Forestry. I had worked with another company a few years ago and when I needed help with my trees this year that company left a lot to be desired.
