Our problem was a water leak involving multiple rooms and dirty stair carpet. Taylor was professional yet kind. He answered all my questions about the process. He went over problem ares until they looked good. He did it in a timely manner but didn't hurry.
I recommend Smart Carpet especially Taylor.

Michael from Smart carpet cleaning did a fantastic job on our very old, very abused carpets. They're cleaning method doesn't soak the carpets with chemicals and tons of water. He took his time to do the job right and was very courteous!

The process of getting my carpets cleaned has never been easier than with this company. Smart Carpet techs arrived exactly on time, handled the project professionally and efficiently, and were finished in an hour. The carpets were completely dry (!!!) within half an hour of their departure. I'd had visions of having to move in with a friend for two days while the soggy carpets dried; not with this company! I won't use anyone else after this!

I just had a wonderful experience with this company! I am 81 years old have had many, many carpet cleanings. I have never had such a good job as these two technicians performed. They went over ever detail we me plus pointed out stains that I did not know were there. They took care of everything even to the smallest detail...The carpet turned out perfect and I could walk on it immediately and it was completely dry in 40 minutes! The good news was their unbelievable low price! About half the price of some of my other bids! If you want your carpet cleaned look no further believe me they are the best!

Highly recommend! We hired Smart Carpet Cleaning to clean the carpets in our house before we moved in. They were timely, professional and did quality work. The carpets smell fresh, look brighter and they were able to get spots out. Gabby was our contact for the service - and she was excellent to work with. So so thoroughly impressed with the service. They were incredible speedy, responsive and helpful over the phone and then Leo was a total rockstar.
