It was our first time using smart carpet cleaning. They arrived right on time and we’re very professional. Had quite a few of areas that required more attention/spot cleaning, can’t even see where they had been now! The team did a a great job, very happy with the results. Would recommend!

We hired Smart Carpet due to the recommendation of our realtor. They arrived in a timely manner and did an excellent job of bringing old carpet back to life. I will use them again in the future and highly recommend them.

Be sure to ask for Randie--only cleaner since we bought our house in 2012 who actually got even the edges of the steps clean.

We've used Carpet Master for several years now. He's very good at what he does, is mindful of corners, etc. Once done, no spots have come back - meaning he doesn't have to come back twice - we like this company a lot!!!

Randie and his wife—the owners—are truly top-notch humans. In the middle of a stressful and overwhelming experience, they were the bright spot. They genuinely care about people, not just profit, and it shows in every conversation.

We ended up hiring them to clean the carpets in our rental property and can’t imagine using anyone else. It feels good to spend our hard-earned money not only with experts in the field, but with people who truly care.

Kate was our cleaner for years! I would have kept using her but our financial situation changed. She is very thorough and is willing to take on other tasks when she has time.
