Needed my patio and garage pressure washed. Cody was easy to communicate with and fair priced. Did a great job leaving my patio and garage looking like new.

We've used Cody to pressure wash several homes for us. His work is consistently wonderful. He's tackled some tough properties that look drastically improved when he is finished. He is very communicative and upfront with his pricing - we will continue to use him and recommend him to our clients

Cody was prompt and thorough in pressure washing our two garage floors and walls in the barn for a wedding we are having in them. He even did extra getting some paint we spilled off the floor. I would use precision pressure wash again.

Cody with Prime Time did a great job on my porch deck, railings, and stairs. He took his time, was very thorough, even washed my grill and some furniture. He restored the deck to its original condition. I couldn’t be more pleased with his work and I recommend him without reservation.

Cody does such an excellent job. Prime time PW comes to clean outside our restaurant, and Cody is a pleasure to work with. He is quick to respond and his work is pristine. We would never even consider using anyone else and look forward to our dealings with Cody and PTPW. Thank you!!

Excellent service, he was there when he said he would be. Cody called me the day before to confirm. Showed me the problem areas that would take extra work but Cody did not charge me for the additional work he was able to get it done.
Cody has a very good reputation here in Colorado. He was kind enough to take sometime to help me with another project that I could not move on my own.

When the carpet cleaning company we hired to clean and stretch our carpets had an equipment malfunction and wasn't able to finish the job on the Saturday before we had new tenants moving in, we were in a real bind. I called Luis at Wow Flooring and Carpets on Saturday afternoon to see if he could help us out. Although he was already booked for the day, he told me he could be at our house Sunday morning to clean and stretch our carpet. He arrived right on time and did a fantastic job with both cleaning and stretching the carpet. We will be calling him next time we need to have our carpet cleaned! Appreciated his willingness to work with us and help us out on short notice without charging us an exorbitant amount. Carpets look great and smell great, too!

These guys were very quick to call at first. Came out to give me a free estimate. I was told from my initial call that they would be able to do the repair the same day as my estimate. Luis came and gave me my estimate and told me that he had other jobs and would let me know later when he'd be able to stop by. I heard nothing from them until two days later and an hour and a half in advance to their next available appointment that they could come fix my carpet. I told them of my frustrations, agreed to their appointment, drove 10 miles to my old address as we had been moving which is why the repair was needed, only to have them not show up and have no communication of this. I am appalled and definitely do NOT recommend this company.

$750 estimate for maybe 3 hours work? No thanks! My attorney charges less.

I needed some carpeting cut, re-stretched, and tucked in under a newly installed base cabinet. Luis and his son accepted my request around 10:30am and agreed to come by at the end of their last scheduled appointment. A bit after 7pm they arrived and in no time had my office looking great again. I very much appreciate their willingness to meet my needs in the same day as there is a baby shower this weekend that we wanted to prepare for. Now we can happily.

I highly recommend them. They did amazing job cleaning my apartment from top to bottom. They took the pressure of worrying about cleaning and making sure everything was ready for a walk through with the apartment. Also the apartment smelled amazing walking in! I will be definitely be hiring them again!
