Incredible job. I called on a Sunday and he got me taken care of on Tuesday. Totally reasonable prices, and phenomenal result. I have a dirty dog, and we spend a lot of time playing outside and making a mess. My carpet is spotless, stains, dog messes, it’s all gone. Quick, friendly, and incredible product.

Matt did a great job! He was on time and acted very professionally. He was able to get rid of some tricky stains. He communicated promptly and well.

This was a great experience! It was easy to schedule. They showed up on time and our carpets look great. They got a ton of pet stains out. The price was very reasonable. I’ll definitely use them again.

Matt did an excellent job on our carpets. We just moved into a new place and wanted a full refresh of our carpets before we moved our stuff in and they feel good as new! He is incredibly thorough, explained the steps to his process, and was able to get several stains out as well as tons of pet hair and odors. We’ll be calling him again the next time we need a carpet clean!

Matt did such an amazing job, and had amazing customer service as well! I called Saturday afternoon and Matt happened to be in Fort Collins for another job and offered to come same-day. We needed our main living room rug cleaned and Matt explained that there was a $100 minimum- typically he charges $75 per area, however since we were only requesting 1 room, he wanted to make sure we understood the pricing. I explained that we have another carpeted living room but didn’t feel that it needed an entire cleaning. I told him there was just one spot about 2x2 inches that I assumed to be tree sap from camping gear. I also told him we have a small carpet runner that desperately needed to be cleaned as well. He offered to take care of the one spot and the runner for us, as well as the main living room, all for $100. I thought that was more than fair and very accommodating. Within two hours he was here and started cleaning. He completely got the sap stain out (which I was very surprised by since it was rock hard and had been there for several years), then he cleaned the carpet runner for us and completely restored the color. Then, he tackled the main living room rug and get every single stain out- wine stains and all. The living room smells and looks wonderful. We will absolutely be contacting Matt again in the future to have him stretch out the rug and do another cleaning before moving out at the end of the summer. Thank you Matt! My only regret is not taking before pictures!

Very thorough job. Extremely happy with their service, my ducts and dryer vents were cleaned to perfection.

They did everything they promised and were very responsible. Once they came in the only bother was the noise which they warned us about. So Wife and I made ourselves scarce until they notified us the job was finished. The estimate came out exactly as quoted. Charlie Wrobbel Fort Collins

Very professional. I mostly appreciated the care that they took with my home. Put blankets down and protected my floors as well as took care while moving the furniture. It was quite the process to clean the ducts so I'm sure that it is beneficial. Thank you.

Doc is a superstar. We have an aging system and have had known issues in the past. We had hired Doc to clean however his experience and work ethic lead him to discover a potential health threat with carbon monoxide. Truly a professional, it would be silly to compare him to others.

Doc is a class act. His level of service, quality, and professionalism far exceeeded our expectations. And during this wretched pandemic, he was beyond understanding and supportive. He and his son showed up masked, maintained more than proper space, and explained everything in perefect detail so we knew what to expect throughout the process. We are dealing with an immunocompromized situation in our household, and he was genuinely empathetic. I have done two of these reviews in my entire life. One was for a contractor who was so bad, I had to submit warnings to others. Doc is on the other end of the spectrum: when someone provides this unexpected high level of quality and service, they deserve the support and recognitiion. He and his son have ours.

In high demand for HVAC duct cleaning but was very responsive to our need for urgent dryer vent cleaning. Very responsive. Is an expert & even told me how to clean it myself yearly. Passionate about what he does & enjoys helping people. One of the best service experiences in our home.

Wow! We recently moved into a new house and with some renovations, I thought it would be good to have our HVAC cleaned. Doc came out and checked and determined it was unnecessary and then he left without charging us. He did determine that the house's previous owners had the system cleaned recently - told me the date, and when to call him to have it done again. Amazing. I have never had that honesty and service before - would recommend to all.
