The entire process to find a new cleaning service after being with someone wonderful who transitioned into retirement became easier and with joy when I met the One Source Cleaning staff, and the team that comes every two weeks is remarkable. We are very grateful!

One Source has been my go-to for my AirBnB cleaning and they do a fantastic job. The guests are always happy with the way the place looks. Jill and her team were awesome cleaners to partner with for my Airbnb. They were reliable, flexible, accommodating, consistent, and so easy to work with. I was so impressed how they were always able to accommodate when guests asked for last minute changes to their reservation, like late check out or changing the day all together. The rental clean up service from One Source Cleaning for both the main and basement levels was overall good. The three-person crew did a thorough job focusing on kitchens and bathrooms. They were attentive and responsive when I pointed out a missed spot, and they promptly took care of it. I appreciated their attention to detail in cleaning the basement level bathroom, including the shower, toilet, sink, and floors. However, the vanity drawers were missed during the cleaning. It would have been better if they had vacuumed and wiped them as well. It was evident that the crew had been working since early morning, so having a fresh crew might have ensured better energy and attention to detail. Despite these minor issues, I was generally satisfied with the service provided by One Source Cleaning.

I have only had one cleaning done but they did a great job. I appreciate the communication, and desire to do the best job possible. They did a deep clean and am looking forward to tri-weekly standard cleanings.

I had One Source do a cleaning for me after a move out of a house. The customer service and communication was excellent. Fair pricing and floors sparkled. Highly recommend!

Was very clear that I couldn’t have fragrance due to autoimmune , yet they used fragrance clothes multiple times, causing me illness to the point I was hospitalized. I paid for the cleanings when no fragrance was used but refused to pay for those that made me sick, which I think was fair. Now they are sending my account to collections.

No accountability for doing something that harmed my health and was outside of my clarified needs, which they said would be totally within their abilities.

The cleaners were nice but it seems clear that the owner is soulless when it comes and only cares about money.

I’m with another company now and love them!

Avoid if you need fragrance free cleaning or a company that cares about health. In the end, THEY SHOULD PAY MY MEDICAL BILLS.

AND EDIT--- ECO FRIENDLY PRODUCTS AREN'T BLEACH AND FRAGRANCE. excuses. Comet is also not eco friendly. Just because a company says
they are eco-friendly
doesn't mean they are or even understand
eco friendly in definition.

I was in a bind and couldn't clean the bathrooms and floors, but One Source Cleaning came to the rescue in no time. Being about to go into labor, having a clean bathtub brought me so much peace of mind. I could relax in my spotless bathroom and let nature take its course. One Source truly saved the day for us. Long review, but trust me, it’s worth the read so you know what you’re getting yourself into with this company. It’s very thorough and honest.

I called and had a very thorough conversation with the operations manager, Charlotte, about my cleaning needs. I was very detailed about my house already being clean and well organized, and I really just needed the daily build-up things taken care of. Basic living areas: floors, cabinets, and your basic dusting. Charlotte explained she felt the “maintenance clean” would be the best option for me. Charlotte explained the maintenance clean would include a deep clean in all the bathrooms, floors, kitchen: counters, appliances, and cabinets (I requested they use my cleaner for the walnut cabinets, and she agreed they could do that). I was quoted $280 for a 4-bedroom, 3-bedroom house.

12/19/2025, on the day of my scheduled clean, 3 cleaners arrived at 11 a.m., which included Charlotte, the operations manager, and 2 other cleaners. I spent about 15 minutes walking through with Charlotte, reviewing all the details of the clean, verifying what they’d be doing. Charlotte made a comment about how clean and organized our house was, saying it’s one of the cleanest houses they’ve been to. I laughed and said, “Yes, I said that on the phone when I scheduled. We really just needed the daily build-up taken care of.” I also explained that we didn’t need 3 bedrooms cleaned that specific day and only the master bedroom would need to be cleaned. We again had a very thorough conversation about the walnut only being cleaned with a specific cleaner since they would be cleaning the kitchen cabinets. Everyone was very kind and professional. My boyfriend (who was on work calls the entire time) and I were both home but working during the clean. We did not follow them around or check their work. An hour and a half went by, and they started to take the cleaning supplies out, and 2 cleaners left at 12:30pm documented on our cameras. I was working in the basement, and Charlotte walked down to let me know they were done. She didn’t say anything about walking through and checking anything; she seemed in a rush. I walked upstairs with her and handed her a check for the quoted clean, $280 + $60 tip, which is a little over 20%, which I assumed was pretty standard. Charlotte took the check and left shortly after 12:30.

Big mistake not checking the clean on the house before they left!!! The floors were not clean. The vacuuming was rushed and there was a bunch of debris left on the carpet. My Rumba does a better vacuuming. There were multiple dirt spots still on the hardwood and tile. In the bathrooms, none of the fixtures were wiped down. The basement bathroom tub didn’t get cleaned out. The basement bathroom mirror was still dirty. The kitchen cabinets didn’t get wiped down, which is frustrating because we discussed that we wanted them done and set out the specific cleaner. The island countertop was still dirty. The stove was left with greasy residue. The oven wasn’t wiped down. The dishwasher clearly wasn’t touched. We ran a dust mop under the couch when they left, and clearly, it wasn’t cleaned. The laundry room was not touched. The hardwood in the office was not touched. The website says a maintenance clean includes all of these things as well as “dusting as we go.” Absolutely zero dusting happened. I was quoted based on the sq footage of my house, so I would assume that means the entire house. I also asked Charlotte to dust the blinds for 5 windows, which she agreed to during the walk-through, and not one blind was touched.
