Lisa is the most wonderful cleaner. She is communicative, thorough and just all around a fantastic person. I’m physically disabled and frequently recovering from surgeries. Her help has been invaluable. Plus she is great with my animals!!!! ❤️ Andora cleaning should be giving this woman awards!

Jillian cleaned our home for the first time today and I am so impressed with the work she did. Every room is spotless and her attention to detail is top notch! I highly recommend Jillian and Andora.

Daphne is AMAZING!! She visits my sorority's facility every week and does a spectacular job each and every time! It always smells so fresh and clean when she leaves and it always looks so good! We would be lost without Daphne, she makes our house look like a real home!

update 10/27/23. Andora consistently changed the day and time of service, it was vey inconvenient. Their policy is if your dogs are not put up they won't clean and still charge you. This happened to us multiple times due to them changing the time and date. It was very frustrating and expensive! So you pay for so many hours, housekeepers NEVER stayed the full time. They will not do anything above and beyond. Basic cleaning, not very thorough. Your 1st cleaning is amazing and then poor after. All conversation were through text, even when asked to call. You were not able to communicate with the housekeeper at all, it went through their service. NEVER AGAIN

I have used many cleaning companies and independent workers in my time and this one is by far the best! I use Rebecca and she is absolutely amazing! she is professional, respective, a perfectionist and great to have conversations with. Timia is the one behind scheduling and emails and if there is any slight change in anything or if I need anything she is always responsive as quick as possible.

I will be using Andora for a long time and I know with confidence that I will never have an issue.

Love this cleaning company! Heather was right on time and very friendly. She even took the time to acknowledge and love on our dogs so they would feel more comfortable with her. The house looked great and smelled so clean when she was done. Highly recommend!!

In the 9 months I’ve used Andora, I have had 6 different cleaners. Something is always missed and I can’t address it with my cleaner for next time since it’s almost always someone different. It’s very frustrating to need to clean after your cleaners come. The last straw was when I rescheduled a clean for before company came to town, then they had no record of the reschedule and told me on the day of they couldn’t clean. So now I have to scramble to clean my house before my company visits. Very disappointing. The prices may be lower than other bigger cleaning companies but I don’t think it’s worth it.

Our 1st time hiring a cleaning service and we were so impressed! Ashley did a fantastic job deep cleaning our home and was so very nice and professional. House smells wonderful without that harsh chemical smell. Will be using Andora Cleaning again!

Matti was incredible and did such a great job! She even mentioned to me certain details that she worked on (some imperfections around my house that have been there since we moved in but she tried to remove them anyways, which I totally appreciated). I would definitely have her back in my home and my house is sparkling clean all at the same time. As a mom of two small children this is a huge blessing. Highly recommend!
