They are a wonderful company to work with. They do excellent work. Wyatt was such a delight to work with, kind respectful hard working and made sure everything was done properly. I cannot say enough good things about them. They put in an air purification system into my home. this literally saved my life. I did not think I would live thru the winter, They were understanding of my needs and worked with me. I originally contacted Rock, he listened to my needs and came up with a solution for me. I'm happy to say everything is wonderful and working today. My air is clean, I can breath I am a very happy old lady that can breathe. There were a couple of snags and Nicole worked with me to get them solved. Their follow up and customer service is TOP NOTCH along with the installers, and sales people. I would recommend them to EVERYONE, especially to older women that are alone ( Sometimes we are treated with disregard or don’t know what we are talking about , if you are a women you know what I am saying) they listen and treat you with respect and LISTEN. THEY ARE THE BEST!!!!!

Our experience with Poudre Valley Air has been nothing short of excellent. The technicians we've dealt have been extremely knowledgeable, thorough in their analysis of our systems, and friendly in their demeanor. We were NEVER oversold on items needed in terms of replacement parts and the prices quoted were reasonable on parts we did choose to purchase. Communication in terms of scheduling and approximate arrival times were also well done and very much appreciated. We would certainly recommend Poudre Valley Air to others seeking a quality heating and air conditioning company to service their units.

The salesman was very nice, accurate and knowledgeable. The installation people(Larry G & Dakota M) did a great job installing the unit, checking for operation and resetting the Nest controller. The electricians that were called in did a great job of reviewing the options and making the connections. I will recommend this company to anyone that needs air conditioner.

I have nothing but praise for this man. He has been the technician for the majority of the calls I have had on the maintenance program and have consistently received superior service! He is very knowledgeable and explains everything succinctly. It is largely due to his professionalism and knowledge base that I had an ongoing contract with this company.

Dominic and the crew did an excellent job of removing our old furnace and air conditioner and installing new equipment. They were very careful of our floor coverings and cleaned up after the work was completed. Rock was our Project Manager and he helped us select new equipment that was significantly better than what we replaced (28 years old), but he did not try to upsell us beyond what we needed. A great cost effective solution was provided by the team at Poudre Valley Air.

The tech’s that have come out to do the annual inspection on the AC in the spring and the furnace in the fall are very knowledgeable and curious. Also when they installed the new furnace were very good about cleaning up.

The technicians, Nathan and Seth were absolutely the best! They replaced my 25 year old AC system with a new one. They we’re friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I had other cheaper estimates for doing this work, but I chose Poudre Valley Air because they’ve been here for a long time and I wanted it done right. So glad I chose them. They rock!

I truly feel blessed to have had such an awesome crew that completed the first part of our AC/Furnace installation. Caleb, Trey, Seth, Nathan, and Dustin were amazing. They were professional and did a great job working in a really tight attic space and snug living area. There’s a little work left to be done, a couple touch ups here and there as this was an odd retrofit but nothing I’m concerned about. I am so grateful that they stayed until the AC was totally hooked up, even though it meant a 14 hr day for them. I was also really surprised and grateful for how clean they worked. I’ve had other company crews out to the house before and had to spend most of the following day cleaning up. Not this time! A little bit of vacuuming here and wiping there but nothing compared to what I’ve had to do in the past with other companies.

I look forward to having them out again!! And I’d highly recommend calling and asking to speak with Jaysen, the solutions specialist that came out to the house and guided us through the whole process.

I've used Poudre Valley Air both to install a Trane system to replace my old York one, and then for the maintenance checks multiple times a year since. Larry was great today in checking the system. I appreciate how well trained and knowledgeable everyone is, along with the great organization and scheduling process.

We had a scheduled maintenance on our furnace and their technician, Wyatt Winchester, performed the service. I give him a 10 out of 10 for kindness, knowledge, being thorough and listening to our needs! I would recommend PVA to everyone! The office staff were just as kind and helpful! Rock is the reason I am purchasing my new furnace and air cleaner. He is so informative and personable. I have no doubt I am making the right decision based on the interaction with him and his knowledge of all the products. It was a very positive experience.

Wyatt and Nathan came to my house to put in our new air conditioning and furnace and they did SUCH A GOOD JOB! They were also the nicest and most helpful people ever... I was honestly a little bummed when they left because they made the experience so enjoyable! They went above and beyond and made the process to easy and seamless. Working with Poudre Valley Air has been a really great experience overall, they are a no-BS company and extremely responsive. Rock Smith was the person who managed the entire project, and I even referred him to my parents for them to get a new unit at their house as well!

I have been a Poudre Valley Air customer for at least 20 years and have always found them to be professional, courteous, and efficient. My latest service, my regular furnace tune-up was no different. I will continue to use them and recommend them to friends and family.

Rock was excellent to work with. He arrived on time and was an absolute pleasure to talk with as he evaluated our house and laid out the A/C options for us. The quote he provided was very reasonable and was exactly the amount we ended up paying after install.

Cory and Dustin also arrived on time and were very courteous and professional as well. They completely the install in about 4 hours and answered all of our questions about how to use the new A/C. I highly recommend this company to anyone living in the Northern Colorado region!

We were extremely pleased with the service and attention we got from PVA! Wyatt and another gentleman came out to look into a dryer vent and roof cap that we thought were causing appliance issues and they were very thorough taking apart the duct so they could ensure it was clear throughout as well as evaluating the roof cap and then gave us a greenlight after putting it all back together and cleaning up after themselves. We feel grateful for the care they provided for our family and our home!

Steve Knopp came today and gave us the full diagnostic of our furnace, he was very efficient and punctual. We don't have heating yet, but Steve will be placing an order for new parts, and get us up running again.

Update: unfortunately TRANE does not have the parts available (burner box and burner pipes), what lead us to have to replace the whole unity. We had Brandon and Wyatt as our technicians this time, and they did a great work, and were able to replace our furnace. They also helped us understanding the whole process.

We had a great experience with Poudre Valley Air again. They installed our AC four years ago and when our old water heater died the other day, Rock came out to give us an estimate. I also asked him about our ancient furnace that we’ve been worried about. He gave us quotes immediately and answered all our questions, got us on the schedule the next day, and Nathan and Seth came out, arrived on time, and were professional and efficient. By the end of the day we had both a new water heater and furnace thanks to their hard work. They know what they are doing and they are all super nice and helpful.

We recently had a new furnace installed and cannot say enough good things about this company. They had the best price in town, and we called everywhere. They were very pleasant to work with and got us scheduled and had the work completed in record time. The 2 techs that came to the house were very polite and professional, (shout out to Andrew) and we felt very safe having them in our house. They even made a few extra trips out to help us with some stuff. I would not consider going anywhere else for any HVAC needs. This company is the best in town!!!!

We became customers in approximately 2018. New furnace, air conditioner and whole house humidifier. Have had service contracts on all since installation. Very happy with the service received and equipment. Hope you stay in business a long time.

Commercial installation of twin HVAC systems replacing old units. Excellent communication with staff and good coordination regarding a couple of special requests. Work was completed timely and with quality workmanship. Highly recommend.
