Had Drain Solvers out the day after I had Allan Service come out for a clogged sewage line. Did a drain clear with Allan Service first, and they then told me I had to dig out my line to lay a new one for a little over 11,000$ and that they couldn’t break up the roots for me.
When, Bob with, Drain Solvers came out the next day, not only was he able to break up the roots but he did it using my outside access point. Allen Service told me we had to take a toilet off and access it that way because they couldn’t get their snake down the access point that is designed to do exactly that…?
Was happy to be given the option to kick the line replacement can down the road for a year rather than being pressured into a big job and told it’s my only option. Additionally Bob gave me a quote 5,000$ lower for the same line replacement job Allen Service did. Will definitely be using Drain Solvers in the future as my go to. Thanks again Bob!
