Stay clear of this company. Owner comes out and gives quote and shows up to complete work and forgets how big the job is and never calls me to reschedule. I gave him another chance a week later and he tells me the day before he won't do the work because I left him a text at 9PM to make sure he would be there. He is the most incompetent and unreliable person and should retire if he is no longer capable of running a business. I am left high and dry and hope he won't do the same to others.

Norman and his crew did a great job taking down a blown over spruce tree. The work was complete and fairly priced. Norman really knows how to get it done.

They came out and removed a dead cottonwood in a very professional manner. Very enjoyable to work with and plan on using them in the future. It's quite a show to watch Norman climb a tree with a chainsaw and removed it from the top down.

Norman and his whole crew were simply outstanding. We had a very large limb blocking half the street outside our home after this latest spring storm. Though they couldn’t schedule us for the tree removal until the following Friday they volunteered to have their crew come by in just a few hours to cut the downed limb and get it off the street. This was a huge relief as it was impeding traffic out front. The removal of the tree itself was fascinating to watch and their clean up afterward was much appreciated. Norm is truly the best tree guy! He's very skilled, thorough and a genuinely kind person. Norm's helped us with trimming a massive Silver OakTree, stump cutting and digging dirt in our yard. Fantastic experience with Norman's Expert Tree Care. Got their number from a neighbor that was using them. Their trees looked great so gave them a try for a quote to remove a tree, and prune an Ash after storm damage. The owner was a clear $400 less than another company we have used before. He was also very kind to give advice on how we can save a pine that is struggling. Their team was great, courteous, on time, professional, and did a fantastic job. High recommendation and will use again!

After 2 days of epics winds this weekend I had a 50' spruce tree come down in my back yard. It was Saturday early evening and I knew everything was closed. But I reached out to Norman via email and got a response within 5 minutes. They were at my house within 20 minutes to make sure we were safe. I was concerned about a dead Aspen tree that looked like it was not going to make it through another storm (expected later that day). It was early Sun morning when most other companies are closed, and Norman answered immediately. He arrived quickly to the property and the tree was safely cut down within an hour of the call! He even took the time to look at the rest of the property and gave me an estimate for other work. I am so grateful to Norman and his wife for their rapid and friendly service. The peace of mind they gave me by removing the tree before it could cause any damage was priceless!

Norman and Amanda are amazing! I had a dead aspen tree that was going to be a problem if not removed. First, Amanda answered my call when I called, unlike 2 other local companies that did not pick or respond to messages until several days later. Norman and Amanda came over 15 minutes later and not only wrapped by trees with ratchet straps to keep them from falling over the weekend, they moved plans the following week to remove my trees due to the liability I would have of these trees falling into my neighbor's yard. I will for sure call Norman for future tree services!
