I am super disappointed with the fact that you can't call and talk to someone about issues. I tried a chat, and that obviously went no where. I had a situation where the mailman moved my trash can, so it wasn't picked up. I tried to see if we could schedule a courtesy pick up and no one bothered to get back to me. At the time I was given a tracking #C13726742. Doesn't matter now, it was picked up on my scheduled day. I was worried that it was going to get too full. Still someone should have called me or emailed me! Poor poor customer service. I was a loyal customer and now I am seriously considered switching to Bunting. Though way more expensive, I hear their customer services is amazing.

I don't understand how a company can make it borderline impossible to cancel service. It's a joke. I have tried the app, a website and I've called in. Currently I'm on hold, it's been twenty minutes and I've already been transferred three times. This company is a joke. I know that fort Collins is switching to Republic, so making it hard for people to cancel is how they're gonna make their last dollar I guess.

I have literally never experienced anything like this, and please use this review to never do business with these people

We've had consistent service throughout our relationship with WM. We like our driver too. He always has a smile and a wave for us.

I would say, changing the pick up date without notifying the customer, and then refusing to rectify a problem they created, falls into the category of piss poor customer service. When I contacted waste management, the agent was rude, dismissive, and refused to transfer me to a customer service manager. If you have any other options, avoidthis service.

My service is always picked up on time I love the early notifications to let me know if they are not picking up the following day or on my day. I also enjoy the fact that when the driver passes by my block and if my can is not out he will honk as he passes by To let me know he will be coming soon and to put my can out. Thank you for doing that Thank you for doing that.

We do not recommend WM. Impossible to cancel service. We attempted to contact by phone at the number given to cancel service. No one ever answered the phone after several weeks of attemps. Eventually I called the number to start new service...surprise, phone was answered immediately. By this time we were outside the three month window that we were allowed to cancel (oh, and by the way as a commercial client you have to send a CERTIFIED letter to cancel) and as per company policy they auto renew you into a THREE YEAR contract. Not to mention, their rates are way above and beyond what any of the other options in our area cost. The representatives are not empowered to help clients and the overall business practices are in no way "business friendly" much less even, reasonable. Save yourself the frustration and a lot of money, look elsewhere and know your options.

I loved the service you provided. I saw another company pick up my new neighbor's trash and the driver shoved the trash can off the back of the truck and it landed on its side. I thought, "I'm glad they are not my provider," and then I come to find that Fort Collins hired THEM to provide service to all the houses. I predict we will be changing over to Waste Management in short order!

The drivers are always courteous, friendly, and accommodating. We regret never giving them any Christmas treats, as we have in the past, but they are too efficient and have come and hone before we know it. We are very happy with the service.

When I used WM, I received Great Service. I chose Rams When WM stopped service in my area. Rams Trash does a Great Job!!! This whole being forced to Use Republic Trash or Pay For Not Using Republic Trash in my town is Ridiculous!!! I am So Thankful for Rams Trash Service.

I orderd my trash and recycling bins to be dropped off last Wednesday, today they said it could take up to 5 business days so I should've gotten them by today. They still have come and now I have 4 bags of trash sitting on my back porch and a garage full of cardboard and more trash. I'm not happy at all.

Great people! Excellent & reliable service with no mess!! Reasonable pricing! We are longtime fans! Our drivers are lovely, diligent, and helpful people! When we see them they always wave or say “Hello”. And, they are very kind… we have had them help us get the empty bins back in the garage when it was raining. Remarkable humans!! Thank you WM!

Missed so many pick ups and didn't notify me. Also never delivered my larger can that I paid multiple months for. I spent at least 12 hours total on hold trying to get a hold of someone that could help!! Canceled them and went with another company, no regrets!

Seems like they are always raising prices. Never a set charge. Different price every month. Can't figure out what they charge. They do pick up my dumpster consistently. Thanks for that.

This place is great. Good prices and everyone is very friendly.

The driver never leave a mess, it's timely and we appreciate the message that relates when a pickup will be changed due to a holiday.

Took 3 hours to actually get answer to why they would not pick up extra bags on trash day as they have done for over 3 years when needed. Told after 3 hours to call customer content number and could never get anyone to answer phone. Very bad service. Considering changing trash company

The recent exchange of smaller trash bins to replace the larger bins was not executed very well. We did not have trash pickup service for 2-3 weeks because our larger bin was picked up without a smaller bin being immediately available to replace it. Also, our HOA rates have significantly increased, partially due to Waste Management doubling their servicing fees.

Staff always pleasant & helpful. Seems a bit pricey for smaller loads.

Very friendly staff at the front gate and top of the mound. The view at the top is quite scenic if you look to the South or West. After unloading your trash, close your eyes and the sound of the gulls squawking almost makes you feel like you're at the seashore.

If you like heavy equipment like bulldozers, this is also a great place to seem in action as they push, crush and smash a huge pile of trash!

When calling and using your AI driven phone service it is a great waste of time! When asked to talk to a live person it often replied "I dont understand" and eventually hung up. When I tried to use the online chat support to ask if our gate combination information be passed onto the driver the the live person (I think) said it was a better use of time for me to call, and the AI situation stated all over, finally when talking with a live person they were very helpful. So AI is not ready. See attached for the live chat.

Beware! We own a landscape business and are currently doing fall clean-ups. That said, we are taking our trailer full of leaves daily to this landfill. Every day there is a different employee there charging us a completely different price! Often times the price is not even close to the previous trip from the previous day. One day they charged us $48, the next was $65, another day was in the $70's and the most recent was $117 where we finally said something! They wanted to argue with us and then finally dropped it into the $80's. The employees there are literally just making up prices. We have since switched and are now going to the Loveland recycling center.
