I’m a general contractor and home owner. This company has gone over and above expectations. For one, they didn’t need to do the extra little time meticulous things. All to give me a turn key landscape but they did. Without me even asking. The communication between the owner, his guys and me. Was like talking to a friend it made both the family and i feel super safe while they we working on my yard. Offering second to none finished product. They were super clean and insured that they cleaned up after every night. To insure that my family didn’t need to be worried about tripping or stepping on some kind of foreign object. They moved very efficiently on the work actually finishing be for our finished date. That led them to become the only landscape contractor i used on my jobs. The workability with these guys is unbelievable as well they worked around my schedule and. Even waited for me to get home from work so they could run through my new sprinkler set up. Definitely would give them a 100/100 and always will you use them!

This company goes above and beyond customer service expectations!! Not only have a used them for weekly mowing and lawn care. They also moved my sprinklers to the correct area to maintain water in all areas for my lawn to look amazing. I've worked with Andy directly with Deep Roots, and when my last landscaping company told me, "they can't take care of my home anymore..." I researched and talked with over 20 companies.

Deep Roots was out within 24 hours to get a bid and everything set up. They also saw flaws from my last mowing company... since then my lawn is in amazing shape!!! I have alot bigger plans for our yard in my newly purchased home. Andy walked me through everything with ease and also made sure to educate me on things I didn't know!!!

We had deep roots do our backyard landscaping last fall and they did stellar work. It looks wonderful and we get compliments every time we have guests come over. We had an issue with our sprinkler system and Cesar came out to help us get it back on for this summer. Cesar did a fantastic job and was super professional! Everyone weve talked with at Deep Roots has been great to work with, I recommend them for all of your landscaping needs.

They are extremely responsive, reasonably priced and very friendly. Andy and JR are always willing to find a way to work through whatever problem you might bring to them and can come up with outside of the box ideas if needed. Always willing to work with you to fix any problem you may have and also come up with ideas you might not have thought of. I highly recommend Deep Roots.

Do not recommend. They destroyed the life of my YOUNG grass by touching it when it was 14 years old. This company is just a rebrand of JRs landscaping.
