Jessica cared for my home as carefully as she would her own! She improved the functionality as well as the aesthetic of my home all while ensuring the quality of the installation was impeccable. I am so pleased we worked with Esteban and J&K Roofing! We had a roof leak, and another company insisted we needed a whole new roof at a cost of $40,000.00 plus. Esteban inspected our roof, pointed out the needed repairs, and was confident that we are not yet in need of a whole new roof. Even before we received the bid for the repairs, Esteban made a special trip out to our house to do a temporary repair at no charge so if we had adverse weather, we would suffer no further interior damage.

The repairs were done at a fair price, in a very timely fashion, and Esteban was very diligent to make sure the replacement shingles matched well with our existing shingles. As a former Chair of the Arvada Chamber of Commerce, I selected J&K Roofing because they are Chamber members. In the event we do eventually need a whole new roof, I am confident I will be asking J&K Roofing to do the job!

Dennis at J&K Roofing came over for a leak on my tile roof which was suggested by State Farm in Arvada. After seeing that my tiles have thinned out and were no longer repairable, he provided a bid for a triple laminate asphalt shingle that would reduce my insurance cost and provide a high quality look for the area. The financing helped me get it all completed and the pricing was excellent. I had J&K roofing do the roof, gutters, gutter guards, fascia repair and repair the special designed ceiling.

J&K has serviced or roof several times in the past few years and is always responsive, friendly and efficient. Most recently we required repair actions on short notice to meet the closing date scheduled for selling our home. They promised to meet the request and did so. They will remain our roofer as long we own a property within their coverage area.

We had our roof installed by J&K Roofing a few years ago and have been consistently impressed with their customer care. They did a fantastic job and were responsive, attentive, and timely, keeping me well informed throughout the process and remaining available even after the installation.

Dennis was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was thorough, honest and followed up on my numerous questions. The pricing was right in line and actually a bit lower than the 3 other estimates I received. Henry the lead installer was also absolutely a pleasure to work with. He was knowledgeable, detail oriented and very personable. In general I was very impressed with J&K's approach to completing the job. Excellent, FAST response and courteous service by all. Tony and Jesus were first to arrive shortly after our call on Saturday. We had a water leak that has sprayed under house creating hardwood floor damage above. They quickly assessed extent of damage in and under house and set up dehydrating equipment and explaining and guiding us through the process, then returned next day, New Years Eve, to check on everything. Then Spencer arrived on Tuesday with great crew, Alex, Rubin and Jesus, who all worked hard and fast in crawl space to clean up and did a great job. Spencer reassured us through every step of the clean up, how they worked to remedy our situation. At all times we felt relieved and in good hands. Highly recommend ServPro!!!

I had cigarette/other smoke damage due to tenants. Didn’t know who to call - so glad I called Servpro. Quinn was very helpful and explained things well along the way. He listened to me and addressed the specific needs of the job exceptionally. He also worked around my schedule. I didn’t think it was possible to remove cigarette smoke odor this well. Could not be happier with the service itself and the customer service. I will certainly call Quinn again.

Bryce showed up at the team’s house. He was very knowledgeable on water mitigation although there was not enough water for us to have to call anybody he still stayed and walked our entire team through the process of how to get water out of the house. He also went over preventative measures.

Jeff and his crew were excellent, provided great service. They did what they said they would do on time. I would totally recommend him and his crew too anybody who needs water mitigation. The company is blessed to have such hard working guys on their team. Use Servpro of Golden!

We experienced a water damage event in our home in late April. The ServPro team from Golden has been outstanding from the start. Through demolition, treatment of joists, subfloor, flooring, carpeting, drywall….these guys do it all. Their communication and answering our questions were as professional as it gets. This is a team that goes above and beyond. We are so impressed with the first phase, that we are continuing with their reconstruction team as well. Spencer, Quinn, Bryce, Jesus and Alejandro have done such an amazing job to assess the damages, remediation, mitigation, and easing our minds with what has happened to our home.

I've deleted my first review. Not because of the team managers, because I still feel like Alex and Roberto did a good job. They kept us updated the whole 2 days they were in the home. So I hold nothing against the Team Leaders other then better communication between owners and workers. But billing and other things have transpired since they left our home and we are not happy with that side of things. Also our 300 dollar nest system was broken and instead of telling us, they left it for us to find, which I still have no heard back from servpro about anything our family questioned. There is alot more, but I'm waiting and giving them time for them to call and make things right..

After a massive flood in my basement I didn’t know what to do. Spencer and his crew (John, Mitchell, Alex, Ruben, and Jesus) came in and saved the day.

With excellent communication throughout the whole process, I was at ease the entire process. This team helped quickly dry and restore my home. Couldn’t recommend a better or more professional group of people to work within your home.

The restoration team came in as soon as we got to Florida. We are snowbirds so we didn’t come in until Oct 19, one week after hurricane Milton. The first day they identified the wet ares. They removed the soaked carpeting, covered furniture and promised to return the next day. When the crew came in they removed water soaked dry wall, a loveseat and chair that were wet. They covered our bed, tv, tables and lamps. The team worked quickly and cleaned up completely. Alex T the supervisor was wonderful. He explained the work before and after. Luis, Alex U., and Jesus were excellent. Polite and courteous, the job ended up being a bit more intensive than originally scoped but they made sure to remove all the damage and did so quickly and efficiently, and with respect for my home (they laid down sheeting on all the floors and effectively contained the affected area).

While I hope to never have to need this type of repair again, Servepro would without a doubt be my first choice for mitigation services.
