When we had the same problem which Servpro had mitigated a couple of months ago we again went with them. Although we had a different crew, Luis and Jesus, the cooperation and excellent results were just as we had experienced previously. Our point of contact in the office, Kit, was super pleasant and very efficient in letting us know how the project was progressing. Kudos again!

Spencer and Ernesto are amazing. The quality and urgency they have are beyond our expectations. They are friendly, kind and respectful to our home. Listened to our concerns and reassured that we are in safe hands. Their due diligence with the job was efficient and effective. Would highly recommend.

I had a sewage leak in my basement. Servpro Golden came in and cleaned and sanitized everything and piled what was salvaged to the dry side of the basement. They then cleaned and sanitized the floor. They left a dehumidifier and an air purifier running for three days. They came back today to complete the job.

The mitigation of a water leak has been completed. Adam and Dylan monitored the moisture and assured the drying service was complete. Kit was helpful and this faze of the project ran smoothly.

odor control. Initial visit was great and the information and assistance was good. I was not happy when I was informed that the initial service fee was $250---seemed excessive. 2nd person (Dominic) who came the 2nd day to check on equipment /odor said he thought machines should run another day. Requested pickup at noon to 1PM. Rec'd call at 9:20 on the 3rd day for equipment pickup---early!!! 3 people arrived - I asked that only one come in the house. Was requested 2 be allowed....okay. Took them to basement..they looked around. I asked if they knew the circumstances of what my problem was. They said no.....I asked them simply to remove the equipment. I also asked about miltary or senior discount -- said they didn't know. (I had previously called the office to ask. They said they didn't think so but were not sure.) What is up with no military discount.
Bottom line...my odor is gone and first day service was great. 2nd day service was fine and brief since equipment was left. 3rd day was unacceptable...before scheduled time....3 people....had to ask them to take off their shoess...had no idea why I had needed ServPro. A bad ending to my first experience with ServPro.....I will not be calling your company again.

Quick and effective response definitely answered all of my questions when they arose. Maintained a good level of communication between my insurance adjuster and themselves.

Servpro of Golden came out right away on a Saturday night to help us remediate water damage from our master bedroom. They explained the entire process and did a great job getting everything dry and clean again!

We hired ServPro to complete water damage repairs in our home after a leak about a year ago. Unfortunately, the quality of work and follow-up has been extremely disappointing.

Recently, three kitchen floor tiles have come loose, clearly related to the previous repair work. This issue occurred within the warranty period, yet for the past three months I have been trying to get this resolved with no success. Instead of accountability, I have experienced constant pushbacks, delays, and avoidance, with little to no follow-up.

What’s most frustrating is not just the failed workmanship, but the lack of customer service and responsibility once the job was complete and payment was made. A company that claims to stand behind its work should honor its warranty and respond in a timely manner, neither of which happened here.

I would not recommend this ServPro location, also covers Arvada/Golden area, based on our experience, especially if you expect post-project support or warranty follow-through.

Very professional and kept us up to date about the process all the way. Managers were so polite and respectful. Always called before to give us a heads up and after to let us know the status!

Jordi and Flavio were so nice to me and very professional and polite I liked there service they are great group of men! And they also did a good clean up. And also wanted let you know the Janet cleaning crew did a fantastic job as well!

From the first time my mitigation technician, Levi, texted me, to the day they packed up after completing the mitigation of water in my home, I was never left out of the loop. Communication with the Servpro team was excellent. They texted me with their schedule every day. The work was done professionally and they took great care to protect my flooring and personal items. I want to thank Everyone on the team, especially Levi, Flavio, and Manuel. The offsite team communication was also excellent. Shelby Kenny sent me emails that both verified the work completed and informed me of the process moving forward.

I have used other companies for Mitigation in the past and was unsatisfied with the quality and care of their work. ServePro proved their value through excellent customer service and quality of work. ServePro will always be my first choice moving forward. I hope that never is required, but if it is, they will be getting a call from me.

Luis and his crew responded promptly when we realized there was water flowing into more than one of our townhouse's crawl spaces due to a water main break. They got to work as soon as they arrived and Luis was very quick to explain what had happened and what he and his crew would be doing. That continued to be our experience during the entire process--Luis and his crew were always each professional, courteous, careful of homeowner's property, and they always made sure everything was cleaned up when they left. Although the process was quite wearing, we never had any complaints about how it was done. The same goes for our experience with the Servpro staff. Kit was assigned to us as a customer service rep and she was always responsive when we had questions or concerns--answering emails and phone calls quickly and professionally. We would call Servpro back quickly should we ever had such a situation arise again.
