Steve did great work. Showed up right on time. Assessed my task and then worked promptly to complete the job. He kept me well informed along the way and cleaned up when the job was complete. Specialized Electric will be my first call next time I need an electrician.

These guys ran a sub panel box to my back yard for an outdoor sauna. I was going to try and finish most of the wiring myself (thermostat, controller, door shut-off) but when everything was ready to go there was a short I couldn’t figure out. They came out and figured it out in no time and just to be cool helped finish the final wiring. Thank you Mike and Caleb!!

Steve Troyer and Mason were amazing! They showed up at my door at 7 AM and by 8 they were moving three colors of wire through the attic to begin the project to a what is to be a glass-enclosed deck area. They worked til three when they had finally discovered what switch controls the security lights. They were thorough and efficient when at work here.

I'm a general contractor, I've worked with Specialized Electric for years now, and I would highly recommend them. Everyone from Mike, giving estimates and coordinating the jobs, to Steve, Mason, Dillon and Zach getting the work done on site and always treating my customers well, they are all great people and fun to work with. Specialized did a terrific job to reattach my electric meter to the house wall. I had been worried about it for a long time but Mike and his team took care of it in very quick order. It was a small job and I appreciate the thoughtful and courteous way in which they provided their service.

They have done several jobs for me. They are always on time, professional, and knowledgeable. They have gotten difficult jobs done in the least obtrusive way possible and they always take their time to figure out exactly what needs to be done and the best way to do it.

Over billed and under delivered. First they sent the guy out on a 2-3 hour job with only 1 hour left in his "work day". Guy told me not trip charge for second day--WRONG!

They gave me an estimate to replace my electrical panel, which I accepted. It took a month or so to pass the inspection because of a couple of small issues, but they came out and resolved the issues. The finished work looks great. Very happy with the outcome.

Master electrician Dayne did a great job installing my Bosch Level 2 charging station. Super professional. Prompt. Manager Brooke Spindler was very responsive getting the work scheduled.

I asked for cost to get permission from the business owner before giving the go ahead to replace a bulb. My cost was $55. The driver that gave the quote and was doing the work even waited while I called the business owner and gave him the $55 quote. Environmental fee, labor fees and travel fees are not included and brings my total to about $200. Why would this not be mentioned? This is the number I needed to get the go ahead for. This is a very shady business practice! After speaking on the phone to management I'm told I should have known I was going to pay extra travel and labor fees. Doesn't seem to understand that as a customer I only know what the business tells me. You are not surprised by my response. You are a liar and a crook.

We have had these folks at our home for three jobs. This is the kind of company we love to work with. They are organized, professional, competent from the first phone contact thru completion of the work. We have had 3 different service people and all were competent and delightful to have in our home.
