Sean double checked our dogs were in the house and it was safe to enter the back yard, as requested, and shut the gate when he left. His technician's notes advised the dogs could go right out safely and reminded us to water. I rate that as great service!

Please only send this tech, Anthony, to my home due to the following reasons: he listens, understood, executed a very thorough spraying of trees and shrubs. I had to negotiate with the last tech to do his job and got discouraged enough that I canceled that day’s service. Anthony did an honorable and thorough job based on my observation of his work. Thank you.

How do you rate someone 2 days after they were here. You are in a field that send me this in 3 months.
The last job of weed spraying was not good. I did not get the service I asked for! And this will be the reason I do not return next year.

My technician was Daniel today and he did fertilizing of the lawn and pointed out a couple of key things that I needed to be aware of I feel that's going above and beyond you did a wonderful job

Senske is a good company. The workers are polite and do good job. If we ask them to come another day, they honor our wishes, too.
Collin was the service tech we had today and was polite and knowledgeable in answering our questions.

Dustin did a great job on my lawn; it has been great to get it aerated and it looks so nice and healthy. I'm a happy customer!

Kyle was very informative and made sure that all weeds were sprayed and that the treatment didn’t touch anything in our extremely large garden. We greatly appreciate the care he gave our complete yard!!

Nate is our service technician and is always kind and courteous and respectful of the property. He always checks the gates to be sure the dogs are safe. One of the best! Thank you Nate for doing an excellent job.

This Senske lawn in my neighborhood looks absolutely awful. I wish outside Companies would stop trying to come to Colorado when they don’t understand Colorado conditions. Hire these people and you lose.

I feel like they've made my lawn look better than it would look without them. I can't really tell if it's overpriced or not, how much should this stuff cost? Honestly have no idea. Maybe I'll cancel, but I think I'd have to call to do that, and it's very unlikely that I'll do that. I just hate calling businesses, because either I have to talk to someone, or even worse I can't talk to someone. Don't businesses operating in Colorado have to offer an online cancellation as of August 1? I'm getting off track here.

Everybody I've had to communicate with had been great, Daniel in particular who came by recently, but really everybody that's done work at my house had been wonderful. My one gripe is it's kind of an annoying process to pay, i feel like that's gotten better though.

Sneske is a great company! Our lawn has never been thicker or greener and Daniel is fantastic! He not only does a fantastic job taking care of our lawn, but is very informative and helpful whenever we have issues or questions on how we can do better to take care of our lawn in between visits. Would definitely recommend.

Our service technician Daniel was excellent. He applied the product and then spent time talking to us about the condition of our lawn and how to address an issue with ants he found along our sidewalk.

They killed part of my neighbor’s yard and made ME in charge of all of the communication with them and my neighbor. AND my neighbor is a client of theirs! I had to text the general manager to pick up the phone and call my neighbor after the sod they put down to fix died. Senske had an attitude with me when they visited and said it was my neighbor’s fault the new sod died.

Meanwhile……they hadn’t even contacted my neighbor about laying sod in the first place.

It was handled poorly and I cancelled my account. My sales rep Mike (who worked like an account manager and presented himself that way), did not cancel my account when I requested and instead told me not to “jump to hasty decisions”. Two days later after not hearing back I requested cancellation again and he ignored me. I cancelled services via the Senske phone line the following week and let Mike know after I had asked him twice. Mike then proceeded to gaslight me via text message. I sent him screenshots of our conversations of things he said and then he backed down and started making excuses.

They never offered me a discount of any kind for all the trouble, and I just got a bill today for $300.

So I definitely cannot recommend them to anyone reading this.

UPDATE: I did get a call from the GM and they offered me a discount after I wrote this and had requested someone call me.
