We have used Autumn Tree, Lawn & Landscape since they opened. We are on a maintenance plan for our two rental properties this lets us focus on other aspects of the property knowing our trees will be sprayed or trimmed as needed. They are educated, honest, professional and most of all kind.

They were by far the cheapest quote I received to remove a large limb that broke in a recent storm. They were quick to come out and give me an estimate, fast to do the work, and took away the dead branches. Would definitely recommend!

I have had them do multiple jobs for my house, including getting the trees trimmed and bushes pulled out. And every time they do a great job. They are my go to tree service company. The Person that answers the phone and schedules everything is very knowledgeable and can guide you on exactly what you need.

Spraying of all fruit trees (6) including Hawthorn (1) for insect prevention. As always a wonderful experience, very professional, personable, complete application on each tree by the technician. Very reasonable price and very reliable company.

Call and got a quote within a week. Quite responsive there. I accepted the proposal and they called 3 weeks later to schedule the job for the following week. 10/6 was supposed to be the service date. On 10/6 at 3 pm I called them to see where they were at. They claimed a "equipment malfunction" and that they would call me back that day to reschedule which they didn't. I called Monday morning and they said I was back on the schedule for 10/19. I advocated that I should be a lot sooner and why am I getting pushed so far out. They would not budget and move me up any earlier. More I thought of it the more I believe they forgot about my job and there was no equipment malfunction.

Anyway, poor communication and unprofessional customer service. Seems like they cater to commercial jobs and give them a priority, hence my job getting pushed 2 weeks out. Canceled my service and will be going to someone that appreciates getting business.

The recent spring snow fall, many branches broke off on a tree in front of my house. These were not small limbs, they were good size.
I spoke to a good friend and asked who he recommended to help get them removed. He gave Jamie's, Autumn Tree, lawn & Landscape number.
They came out the same day I called and took care of the mess. Very satisfied with everything. I would and will recommend them in the future and will probably hire them for some future landscape work we have around our home.

Very polite, efficient team that took down our tree. I thought the whole process was easy from the first phone call. The only thing that is an issue is one of the limbs hit my neighbor's trellis and we are having to figure out how to fix it. Thank you all for a good job.

Recommend. Hired them a few times and their prices are competitive and they do good work. Make sure to set expectations when they provide an estimate. I did get charged more for some additional cleanup resulting from a shrub they removed that they didn't include in the estimate. The extra charge was fair, but it's a better use of everyone's time to confirm the scope of work if its not clear in the estimate. Will hire again.
