I've used this company for all of my tree services for several years. They're always friendly, professional and honest. It's been a long time since I've bothered getting other bids, but their pricing generally strikes me as reasonable. I've had several trees pruned/thinned and they did a great job on all of them. Recently I've been hiring them for winter watering and spring shrub & tree fertilization as well. I have a big yard and a lot of plants, and they can complete the task a lot more efficiently than I can. Always courteous and helpful. They've never let me down.

Just had Autumn Tree, Lawn & Landscape out to remove a giant dead tree of ours. I cannot rave enough about this company and the service they provided! The crew was extremely friendly, respectful, and professional the entire time. They had to move a rather large lawn ornament (that I forgot to remove) and did so with great care. I was truly impressed with how quickly they were able to get the tree down and the amount of clean up they did. My yard looked better than when they arrived! I recommend them to anyone looking for tree services and will absolutely recommend them to my friends! Thanks again guys!

Following a severe wind storm, we were in need of someplace to take care of a large downed pine tree. Autumn Tree responded and provided an estimate and indicated they'd be able to do the job that week. After having to contact them since they did not reply to schedule, they finally agreed to come out the following Monday. A HUGE stump and roots were left behind (somehow not part of the removal, even though the entire stump was already out of the ground ). Not impressed with their response time or service.

**Follow up response: There was no mis-communication between other parties and myself. In speaking with you, it was indicated your company would be able to complete the job that week. We had not heard back and it was finally scheduled for Monday, with some pushing from our side.
Regarding the stump, I understand some people want to leave the stump-- WHEN IT IS STILL THE GROUND. However, the entire tree was uprooted. I would guess it is far easier for you to cut it up and dispose of it when it isn't in the ground. Considering your customer is elderly, it would have been nice of your company to be more accommodating to help with the uprooted base of the tree. We declined stump grinding because to our understanding, that involves minimizing the stump IN THE GROUND. In this case, what was required was cutting the end of the tree. By definition (in regard to trees,), a stump is part of a tree left in the ground. So, we don't have a stump. We have the bottom of the tree which needs disposed of.
Like I said, your company didn't provide great service and ended up being less helpful than we expected. Now we know.
*Side note: they charge a fee for credit card payments (a major inconvenience).

Other companies do not charge credit fees to their customers. Your free options include bringing thousands of dollars to your office (completely inconvenient) and using online services with daily dollar limits, necessitating multiple payments (and calls from you asking where the rest of the payment is).
It should be noted that when you were made aware of the customer's dissatisfaction, you made no attempts at rectifying the situation.

Autumn Tree, Lawn & Landscape did a great job on my tree work. They removed one tree, ground the stump, and pruned a much overgrown hackberry tree. They were courteous, professional, and efficient. They did a good job cleaning up all in a couple of hours. Their prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend them for any tree work and will certainly use them again.

We hired Autumn about a month ago to trim two of our trees. The office staff was very responsive and kept us informed about all necessary info. The crew that trimmed our trees were great. Very polite. They did a great job cleaning up after trimming and we would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone who needs trees trimmed.

Seth at Autunm Tree is the best lawncare professional I have had in 20 years. We discussed a current weed problem in the lawn and agreed to defer fertilization and weed control due to upcoming rains. He listened to my concerns and rather than do the application and be done with it, he said it would be best to wait. Very professional and very appreciated.

Autumn came out to my home in Westminster and took down an 80 y.o. Cottonwood Tree and also helped me prune and trim a large maple. To say they did a great job would be an understatement. They came with a team that got it done quickly and efficiently. I was impressed with all of the equipment they had - the crane, the loaders, everything was very professional and seamless. I thought their pricing was reasonable as well. I will definitely use them again or recommend them to anyone looking for tree services. They also make the scheduling and payment very easy - everything is done online.

The crew showed up on time and got to work pruning most everything in the yard. Felipe was very knowledgeable and did a great job. I like natural pruning - not hedge trimmer shearing. They cleaned up and got it all done quickly. I thought the cost was quite reasonable.

Good price, free delivery, and they definitely gave us more wood than we paid for.

The process (estimate, service request, removal, payment) was all very easy and they were able to do the work when I was not home.
My neighbors were around when the work was done and they were very impressed with the crew! They said the removal crew was efficient, professional, and not disruptive.
The tree was preventing my gate from opening and they were able to work around the fencing enclosure.

We were fortunate to have seen one of their company trucks with a banner about firewood, and we made an appointment to pick some up. Everything about our experience was outstanding, from our initial phone conversations to our receiving their email receipt. When we got to the yard, Jaime welcomed us, and he directed us to park by a beautifully stacked and measured half cord we had ordered. Jaime and his son loaded it into our pickup for us, and they took time to talk to us about the wood, to tell us about their work, and to show us some of the wood in the yard, including some beautiful elm logs perfect for making live-edge slabs. Jaime and his son were friendly, efficient, and totally professional. The wood we bought is exactly what we wanted, all hardwood, cut and split to just the right size for our fireplaces. We couldn't be more satisfied, and we look forward to doing business with them again.

Autumn Tree came today to cut down our 70 Ft. Locus tree. Very big job. The guys were on time and did an EXCELLENT job. After they finish cutting the tree down they took the grinder to the stump and roots! THEN they cleaned the whole area up. We don’t have to do a thing.
We would very much recommend them!

I am very pleased with this company. They were referred by our city arborist. Their quote was the lowest I received, but because of the referral I chose Autumn Tree. I was given a job date in January, two months out. I was hoping to get the mulch from my trees and did not want to mulch in the winter. So they delivered mulch to me within days. The guys delivering the mulch were very polite And careful. I got a call that an opening had come up in my area for the following week for the tree trimming. They came last week with two cherry pickers and a mulcher. They finished my 2 70 foot trees in just over 3 hours, leaving the area clean. Knowing my concern for the three nests in the trees, they carefully removed them and showed each one to me to confirm they weren't occupied. I don't have any negative comments and only a recommendation that this company does quality, thoughtful work at reasonable prices.

We’ve used Autumn Tree, Lawn & Landscape for a few different services over the years—Ash tree treatments, lawn aeration, and most recently their winter watering—and they’ve been great every single time.

They’re easy to work with, show up when they say they will, and clearly know what they’re doing. Our Ash trees have stayed healthy, the aeration made a noticeable difference in our lawn, and the winter watering service has been a huge help during these dry Colorado winters.

It’s nice to have a company you don’t have to worry about—they just take care of things. Highly recommend.
