John from Colossal came out and took excellent care of our carpets. He showed up right on time, was very professional, and our carpets look fantastic now. Scheduling with Kyle was a breeze. I will be using Colossal Carpet Care for all of my carpet needs from now on.

Had several Karastan wool rugs—about 20 years old and never professionally cleaned. Quick response from Kyle…rugs picked up and returned very timely. They are beautiful…look like new.

I sent a quote request on a Sunday and was surprised to get a response the same day. This team is responsive, professional, and quick. The cleaning for our carpeted stairs and two bedrooms took less than an hour. I would use them again.

I had a great experience with Colossal Carpet Care for my move out carpet cleaning. I originally spoke with Kyle about my needs and he was very friendly, helpful, and informative. The carpet cleaning was performed by Wayne and he was incredibly kind and detailed. He walked with me through the areas that I needed cleaned and talked with me about some of the heavier traffic areas and what to expect before he started the service. The carpets in the rental were extremely light colored and high traffic areas and places where our dog laid a lot were in bad shape. Carpet came out looking amazing and landlords were very happy. Highly recommend and would use again. Price was reasonable for the high quality of service.
