I had this company come out to clean some windows in July and did not know what they were doing. They cracked siding in the process. Do not hire!

They did a fantastic job on my windows, screens and tracks. They were clean and even took their shoes off in my house. Very happy with their service!

I have used National Window Care to clean our windows for the past 5 years. The crew is top notch (which is important since they’re in your house)! They’ve always been beyond great to work with! They show up on time and do an exceptional job cleaning our windows (even the hard to reach windows and those gross tracks too). I would highly recommend!

Didn't stand by their work. Didn't return my calls.

A number of homeowners in our development in Winter Park hired them to come up and clean our windows - kind of a bulk package deal. They cleaned the windows on 9/16/24 and charged our card on 9/17/24. As this is a 2nd home, we did not have a chance to review the work until we visited the unit on 9/27/24. They did great work on the windows they cleaned, but missed the 3 windows altogether in one bedroom on the 3rd floor (inside and out). When I called them on 9/28, they told me someone would get back to me on Monday when they were back in the office. On Monday 9/30, no one called me, they just sent me a text saying they issued a $25 refund and said they could not come up to address the remaining windows because of the travel distance.

I understand things can get missed, but if you choose to take on a job and miss something, the right thing to do is 1) have the courtesy to call you back and 2) properly address the issue. The clean window was much more important to me than a $25 credit.

I have tried calling them a few times since, it always goes to VM and no one returns my call. And then on 10/17, I received an invoice for $25. I called them to find out what this was about and once again they did not return my call that day or respond in any manner. I called them again on Monday 10/21 to follow up again and because I noticed they charged my card for the $25, and again, no one answered the phone or returned my call. But I did get another text saying the billing was a mistake and they are sorry I was not happy.

To be honest, if they would just show the courtesy and care to have called me back and spoken with me, I probably never would have written this review. But the way this played out, I feel like other people should know.

Because of a personal recommendation, we used National Window Care to hang professional Christmas lights on our house. They were amazing start to finish! The crew was on time, professional and friendly. They made extra sure that we were happy with the job. They have earned our window cleaning business come summer time for sure!!!! Give them a try, they don’t disappoint!!!

Hired NWC to clean our 30ish windows and skylights. I loved their easy / automated process for getting a quote, accepting and scheduling. I had no idea they offered so many services like cleaning solar panels! Anyway, they got us schedules very quickly. They even arrived early since my baby was going down for a nap and we got her windows done first. The kid doing the work was thorough, friendly and efficient. I will definitely be doing this on an annual basis from here on out! I also plan to use them at my business. Only downside? Windows are so clean the dang birds keep flying into them 😂 . Highly recommend.
