Great service all the way around from the visit for the quote til the technician (Angus) completed the job. And he was great about communicating with me throughout the process while he was here. The carpets look amazing now. I would like to mention this was for a high traffic condo building.

We had someone from this company come to our house to meet with our landlord and to assess the furnace and duct system for a cleaning, with specific concern over a few inches of cloth duct tape that were still exposed in the basement storage area. We asked the person doing the inspection if we needed to have that painted/encapsulated (out of caution for the potential of asbestos). The last time the landlord scheduled the cleaning, the cleaners showed up and said they couldn’t do it because there was still a bit of tape on there. We clarified this multiple times and he said it wouldn’t be a problem, so we scheduled the cleaning. I’m assuming these assessors get some sort of commission on how many services they scheduled within a time period because…

My husband took time off of work the day of the scheduled cleaning, and we spent the entire morning moving furniture to make sure all the vents and ducts were easily accessible. The cleaners showed up on time, and then sure enough, said they wouldn’t be able to do the cleaning because of the tape that was still exposed. Had we known this would still be a problem, we would have had it encapsulated beforehand. (We understand what the concern is, we had already spoken in depth about it.) When we asked the supervisor over the phone what we needed to provide for proof of abatement, he flat out said he “didn’t know.” There seems to be zero communication between departments, and when we asked specifics on what needed to be done to move forward, we got less than a straight forward answer. All he kept repeating was that if they see the tape, they can’t do it. The supervisor would not clarify if we needed to have a certified abatement done or if we could paint it ourselves. Extremely unprofessional. We have a baby coming in one month, and we have been trying to get this taken care of for months now. Do better, and train your entire staff on this very common issue in older homes within the Denver area.

Also had the air ducts and dryer vent clean. Thank you Mathew and Ramon! From the duct dust/ debris, it looked like today was the 1st time since the house was built in 1956 was ever cleaned. From the before and after pictures, now you can see the duct work again. Thank you Mathew and Ramon.
