Bob got me in quickly and took care of my new Jeep. My little one threw up in the back seat and I tried everything to get the stain out. Thanks to him, everything is looking like new and it was beyond affordable. Thanks Bob!

We have two dogs and two young children and use Mile High Chem Dry regularly. We trust them because they don't use harsh chemicals, so our kids can play on the carpet safely, and they clean and sanitize when we need it.

I had to use this service when moving out of a rental unit. Bob was really easy to work with and friendly. He showed up and did the work without issue.

One thing to note - make sure you get a reliable quote before hand. I got a quote over the phone and it was about half of what it came out to be, which could be a bit of a shock for some.

Bob came out after our dog had gotten sick in a couple of rooms and we had him clean the whole house. He pre-treated the pet areas and cleaned, and there is absolutely no smell or stain left behind. He really knows this business. Highly recommend working with this company!

Great job, Bob on carpets and sofa! It had been awhile, and I estimated square ft. He corrected, which lowered price for both. I live in a condo, too hard to access the truck he brought, so he went home, got the other equipment, and came back to do the job! Who does that these days? Affordable, Quality work. Bob did an amazing job on our carpets. I rented a space in Brighton and thought the carpet would have to be replaced due to 15 years of previous owners making it dirty.

Bob came out and did a free estimate and walked me through exactly the services that will be best for my situation. I was blown away by the results, stains that the landlord said had been there for 5+ years were gone, the carpet looked amazing. I had a client whose basement flooded over the July 4th holiday. After his basement was dried out we noticed rust stains on parts of the carpet. I called Bob and his team at Mile High Chem-Dry to clean the carpet and by the time they were done the carpet looked brand new. Thank Bob!!

A quality service we have used again this week. Bob is a true professional who knows his craft and is proficient. Excellent cleaning, prompt service. I appreciate he is straightforward in writing out a full description of the carpets he will clean and the cost of each. He does not push to up-sell! He is also an interesting conversationalist! Bob was so knowledgeable and helpful! He even gave me tips on how to handle cleanup on my own if my cat pees on the carpet again in the future.

The chemdry PURT really is the best thing out there for cat pee removal. It’s so worth getting removed professionally with the PURT to avoid the repeated behavior and stress that causes me as a pet owner.
