Very knowledgeable Wayne showed up on time, determined if our Oriental carpets could or could not be cleaned, and then proceeded to do a fine job of our regular carpeting. Well done, Wayne!

Wayne came out and was able to restretch a section of Berber carpet and it came out great. He was also able to fix a seam that was unsightly. It looks great. He was there when. He said he would, courteous and professional and flexible around some other contractors we had in at the same time.

Wayne came a on time with clear communication when he would arrive. He explained his process well and what he would be doing to ensure our carpets were squeaky clean! Our home smells fresh! When I vacuumed it felt as though we had just had the carpet installed.

Colossal Carpet Care was excellent for my not so colossal carpet cleaning job. Just needed some high traffic areas and pet stains cleaned and Kyle was quick in coming over to quote the job and Wayne did a great job with the cleaning itself! He was sure to go over all the details, and when he suggested adding an additional area due to stains he spotted with a black light, he ran the cost by me to ensure I was good to move forward. Very thorough and highly recommend! Lakewood economical than the major companies and I like supporting local businesses. Will use them again in the future!

I love how they restored a second hand rug I bought. Kyle (the owner) is very personal. They picked up and dropped off my rug. Super easy. I’ll be going back to them next time I need a rug cleaned.

I had an excellent experience with this company, would definitely recommend! They responded quickly and were easy to contact for follow up questions. The price they quoted me on the phone was the price they gave me after examining our space.They thoroughly cleaned our basement and stairs carpet which had a pet accident on it, and when there was re-soiling in a different spot a couple days later they quickly came back to do a touchup and it looks perfect now.
