Service Was Great! Carpet Looks Brand New! Super Easy To Schedule. They Worked Quickly And Efficiently.

So I called the owner to try and verify if they had come out to an address and even before I could tell him the address he’s started swearing at me for trying to do some detective work for my client . I would recommend going with someone with a more positive and professional attitude not a fun owner to talk to .

Avoid using this company. Their work is mediocre and they are unreliable. We scheduled a carpet cleaning + cleaning of one sofa and one rug before we put our house on the market. The day of our scheduled cleaning they showed up 2 hours late (no call or warning) and they could only do half of the job (just the carpet). I rearranged my schedule so they could come back the next morning to finish the rug and the sofa before we started showing the house but 5 minutes before he was set to arrive, he cancelled. Save yourself the headache and work with someone else.
