Wow, what a great company! This is the 4th year we've had them at our home to clean our carpets and furniture. Dominic has always been on time, courteous, and he does a great job. If you need your floors cleaned give Impressions a call you won't be disappointed.

Our carpet is 10 yrs old. It was loose in many places. The team stretched 3 rooms, then finished with a cleaning of4 rooms and the stairs. From start to finish, they were real professional. Revitalized our carpets. I couldn't be more pleased. Highly recommend the Impressions team.

Excellent service and work. First, the woman that I spoke to when I called was very kind and helpful. She gave me some ballpark prices for the work I needed done and I was able to schedule an appointment within a week of my call. Chris arrived on time and gave me specific prices after looking at my furniture and rug. The prices were extremely reasonable. I would have paid more. He got started right away and was done in no time. My furniture is about 12 years old and had never been cleaned. It was pretty dirty and now the fabric looks nearly new again. I was very impressed. I would absolutely use Impressions again. I am trying to think of something critical to say but can't come up with anything. I am completely satisfied by every aspect of my experience with them.

I just had my carpets cleaned by Impressions and what a beautiful job Dominic did. I had a few pet stains and he removed them completely. From my first phone call to schedule an appointment everyone was so pleasant and nice. Get this. I was given a 10am to 11am time frame for Dominic's arrival and he arrived at 9:50am. When does that EVER happen when you hire any worker come to your house. Dominic was so polite. He explained every thing thoroughly and completed the job quickly.

In talking with him he told me how happy he was to work for this company. He likes that it is not a huge company and is family owned. He said it is so nice to go to work every day and be with nice owners, bosses and go workers.

I will be happy to refer this company and use them again. I like to support smaller business owners instead of huge franchises. Thanks Dominic it was great doing business with you. My carpets are all new again.

Impressions took the carpet up and revealed our hardwood floors. They refinished them. They also send reminders on cleaning. Based on how good of service they did on the floors, we tried them for carpet cleaning. Great! I would suggest people give them a try. The customer service is also a great asset.

Impressions Carpet and Hardwoods put my hardwoods in my living room and did a great job. They also replaced my carpets in my bedrooms and I could not be happier with their knowledge, pricing, and work ethic. When my carpets were cleaned the technician found a ring I had lost months ago. When I returned home after he had finished he returned the ring to me. They are honest people and I highly recommend them.

I have been using Impressions for all our carpet cleaning needs for almost 10 years now. I originally scheduled them to clean the carpet of a house we were selling. I was worried that the carpet might need to be replaced, but after Impressions worked their magic, we were ready to list! Since that first cleaning, Impressions is the only company I will use to clean the carpets in our home and I have also brought them on to clean the carpet and luxury vinyl tile in the downtown office space where I work. Impressions has been extremely flexible with scheduling to accommodate some tight deadlines we have had in the past and has worked wonders in getting out some tough spills. All the technicians have been courteous, kind, honest, trustworthy, hardworking and took great pride in their work. I could not be happier with the service we receive and Impressions is the only company I will recommend for carpet cleaning.

I called them to get on their schedule to have my carpets done before the holidays, they were able to get me right in and did an excellent job!!! I've used other places before that left my carpets super wet that took days to dry, but not Impressions; my carpets we're dry that night. Tom, Ann, & Chris are all such nice people to work with. I’ve used Impressions’ services for many years and couldn’t be happier with the quality of their work and products. It is a pleasure dealing with their people for carpet cleaning and installation. I’ve recommended this company to numerous friends. I will soon be moving and can only hope I’m able to find a company like theirs in my new state. BTW... I noticed that there appears to be another company in Denver called Impression Carpet Cleaning. I know nothing about them but I DO know Impressions Carpet & Hardwoods is a wonderful company. For the record, I am not connected to this company in any way other than as a very satisfied customer.

Sent out area rug for cleaning and arranged for office and stairs to be cleaned when rug was delivered.
Area rug was like new and office and stairs look terrific.

I have been a customer of Impressions Carpet & Hardwood for many years. Their technicians are so knowledgeable and they are able to work miracles on carpets that I thought just had to be replaced. Instead they look beautiful again! I've also used Impressions to steam clean my tile and do the deep cleaning on my wood floors. I have been extremely pleased with every service!! I am now considering having them apply the Bona traffic coating for my wood floor (which covers most of my 1st floor. I trust them completely!

A family-owned, local company, they spend time with you and explain every step of their cleaning process, and the office staff provided great customer service. The team that came to my house, Chris and Dominic, were professional, friendly, knowledgable, and conscientious.
I had another company previously, and they left my once soft, beautiful carpet a crunchy mess! Chris and his team returned it to like new. They also stretched the carpet where it had become loose and wavy and now it looks smooth and even. Give them a call. You will be glad you did!

Courteous, Honest, Skilled, Fair and Friendly

.My wife, myself and our carpets have added a few wrinkles over the last 24-ish years.
It was refreshing, that the second, random online carpet stretching and cleaning service that we contacted helped us regain confidence in good business practices.

When Chris showed up to give us an estimate, we realized that the first company was unfairly expensive and perhaps incompetent to properly improve our stretched and bumpy stair treads and other lumpy areas. Where as the first company was charging for every piece of furniture being moved, including chairs. Chris implied that the few light pieces requiring temporary movement, were part of his overall price.

Well, this morning Chris and two assistants showed up in two large service trucks, reviewed the work plan, and got to work. About 90 minutes later Chris was cleaning up and said that he was reducing his final bill, as he was not happy with the improvements some of his efforts achieved.

My wife and I are thrilled. The results were better than expected and the bill was lower than quoted.

Do yourself a favor, don’t take the first person’s bid without talking to Chris’s mom, Ann (she makes the initial appointment).

Be prepared for a wonderful experience.

Chris and his coworker stretched the carpet in three bedrooms in our house. They were very skilled and efficient. We are extremely pleased with their work!

We are very pleased with the cleaning results. Chris did an outstanding job. He arrived at the appointed time and went about his work in a professional manner. There were some spots from a bloody nose and they are all gone! We would certainly call Impressions the next time we need the carpets cleaned. The carpet looks great!

Don’t underestimate the pleasure of clean carpets. We have ours done every year. Impressions is the best. I doubt anyone else sticks to their twelve step plan including fluffing the carpets. We miss Dominic but Dylan might have outdone him. Good job everyone.

Driver in Loveland Plates EFG N16 driving on Thursday night may 7th was driving very aggressive towards everyone cutting lanes and tailgating . Very worried for this company to have who ever was driving there Van Promote them . Please watch out for drivers !! .

They have gradually destroyed the landscape around our housing complex with their heavy lawnmowers, that tear very deep divots and ruts in the sod, and don't have bags to capture grass clippings. They just blow them around.
They neglect spots that need care and just exacerbates and accelerates the problem. They disregard people's property by blowing grass, small rocks, sticks and other debris onto people's vehicles and properties. I've seen employees sit in their vehicles parked in front of my house for 2-3 hours; I'm assuming milking the clock (no way a lunch takes 3 hours).

They don't mark after they've applied pesticides. Which I'm positive is a department of agriculture violation. As well as a health hazard for anyone on the grass, including pets and young children.

Overall, very negligent, no oversight, no adequate or effective supervision, and you can expect more damage to your property than maintenance. No one's property is safe from damage.
Do yourself and your landscape a favor and pay a little extra for someone else. You'll be glad you never knew the headache of this company. And I'm sorry if you did not heed my warning along with many other reviews of this company.

They have since cut a miscellaneous line and almost cut through another line. The lady in the office didn't seem to care. Seems like this is normal clock work for them. They still have not addressed the bare spots of the missing grass in front of the houses either.

This company has continued to destroy and damage the grounds at our community.

Hopefully your HOA, property management company, or yourself will avoid actually paying for damage to your property.
