Came out and cleaned one room. A dog had multiple accidents on white carpet, and to my surprise, 5280 got every bit up and the carpet really looked great when he was done. Friendly and knowledgeable. Pricing seemed fair. I would definitely recommend 5280 for cleaning carpets. He said he also installs carpet and has more experience than the typical subcontractors at home depot.

Jim really cares about the wellness of his clients and the quality of the work. He actively listens and evaluates the situation. He works with his clients to resolve the issues they face. Once the proper course is determined, Jim gets to work and takes care of business. Not only does he do an excellent job but he is a great and friendly gentlemen. He is respectful of your time and environment. I would recommend him to anyone interested in the services his company provides.

I've worked with 5280 at a past home to stretch some carpet in a few rooms and they did a fabulous job and were very professional so I decided to use this company again when we moved homes and put new carpet in.
Jim referred me to a carpet company to purchase the carpet and Darek installed it. He was on time, very thorough and did a great job! He installed carpet on both sets of stairs in my home and the price couldn't be beat! I highly recommend this company. I would use a small self owned company any day over the large companies! Check them out for your next project!

Jim did such a great job at our place, I never thought he’d be able to get the amount of stains out of our carpets that we had, but they all look brand new! And reasonably priced! Will continue using him in the future!

Jim is AWEOSOME! He did such an amazing job at our home. We had some spots that needed to be patched and a corner that needed stretched. He did it so seamlessly you couldn't even tell it was done! He also is very responsive and came to help in an emergency situation with no questions asked. I highly recommend him if you need anything carpet related.

Years ago a neighbor recommended this place for carpet cleaning. I also had a stain that wasn't going to come out and it was suggested, since I still have carpet remnants, to cut that out and put in new piece. I was SO impressed with their work in cleaning and repair. Recently, we had to have a new sewer line put in under the house, which meant tearing up the floor in the basement. Luckily, Impressions came to mind and I reached to see if they could take up the carpet before the job was to start and put back down after. They did an amazing job! Once the rest of the construction is done, I will definitely have them back to clean the carpet down there. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place. Very knowledgeable, responsive, and courteous.

The team did an amazing job on my travertine floors. It was a large area to clean and they took the time and energy to clean and create a new look to our floor. The were knowledgeable and did a great job answering all my questions. They were respectful and took precautions for Covid 19, during the whole cleaning process. Very impressive. I will have them back to clean my carpets.

I thought I had called Impressions Carpet and Hardwoods. Turned out I got a company called Impression Carpet Cleaning. Huge mistake! When I called today to talk to someone about how terrible the entire experience was, I happened to get Tom. After he kindly listened to me complain about my experience, he helped me to realize that it wasn't his company that had done the work for us. Thank goodness!! I've used Tom's company for several years now and I just couldn't understand why the service had declined. Turns out it was just an imposter company that I'd had the misfortune of calling by mistake. Tom was able to get me in the very next day as he knew I had lots of family arriving in three days. THANK YOU SO MUCH! Thank you for letting me vent, being kind and understanding, and taking care of me and helping me out in a desperate situation. I'll always make sure I have Tom or Ann when scheduling in the future!

I bought beautiful carpets for my new home. We put wool carpets on the stairs and basement because of its superior wear qualities and Stainmaster in the remaining rooms. These carpet gave us great pleasure. After a year it was time for cleaning. Our carpet installer strongly recommend Impressions Capet/Hardwood. Dominic arrived on schedule in a vehicle that was prepared for wool (separate water with an appropriate ph factor to protect the wool from fading) and other water for the Stainmaster carpets. He proceeded to put in the hardest 3 hours of work. He complied with ever step of their patented 12 step cleaning process. I observed on the stairs how he went back and forth at least 3 times across the tread, the riser, and the landing. Lastly he went over all the carpets with a fine rake to lift the nap to aid in drying. It looks like I just had new carpets installed. If you want your carpets to last, keep their warranty, and look like new I strongly recommend Impressions Carpet/Hardwoods. You may save a few dollars with a Splash and Dash outfit but there will be no comparison with to the quality of work.
