I have hired Stanley Steamer in the past and they have always done a great job. This time was no exception. We had some stains from the garden which were not removed from another cleaner. Stanley Steamer did a great job in removing the stains and was on time. Always found them to do excellent work.

Devin was incredibly professional and helpful. He did such a wonderful job with all our services - we will definitely use Stanley Steemer again in the future.

Tyler was prompt, courteous, and efficient. He was knowledgeable and thoughtfully answered questions about products and procedures.

When the guys got to my house, they checked the water as I'm on a well, put on their booties and gave my carpets wonderful attention! They moved and blocked furniture, checked on pets and were professional and friendly. Thank you!

Tyler did a great job with cleaning the carpets at my house! He explained every step and was extremely thorough. He even asked if I had any areas he should focus on specifically which I really appreciated. We just finished potty training our puppy and had some spots in our carpet that we couldn’t get clean on our own. Tyler got the stains out and double checked I was satisfied. I would recommend him and Stanley Steemer.

Rigo did a great job on my area rugs and sofas! I had never had them steam cleaned before, and it’s a really big difference. He was also extremely courteous and efficient.

My cat vomited on our sofa. I tried to clean it myself but only succeeded in creating a much more noticeable water stain. I called one day and was able to get by a same or next day appointment. David inspected the sofa to determine the material for the upholstery and advised me about the cleaning process and its likelihood of success. He was clear in his explanations and answers to questions. David worked quickly and efficiently to do the cleaning His manner was cordial and professional.

Camren was great! Friendly and efficient. My kitchen floor looks so much better after having the tile and grout cleaned!

The technician was pleasant and on time. He was in and out in about 25 minutes. Impossible to evaluate the quality of the cleaning at time zero but two days later, after letting the carpet dry, then vacuuming, it is clearly no cleaner than it was before Stanley steamer arrived.

Devin from Stanley Steemer did an outstanding job cleaning and protecting three pieces of our upholstered furniture. He arrived right on time, was very professional, and took great care with everything. The furniture looks fantastic, and he left the space spotless when he was done. Highly recommend Devin and the Stanley Steemer team for anyone needing upholstery cleaning done right.

Summer was wonderful, she was efficient and thorough nice personality to go along with a hard worker, next time I have my carpets cleaned I will request this young lady.

I've never had such an awful experience with a service. I bought a new townhome and needed to clean up the place before I moved myself and my daughter in. Hired Stanley Steemer in Golden to come clean all of the carpets - cost was $800 and I was happy to pay for the job. Not only did the carpets look awful (I'm now removing them), but the tech flooded my garage when he hooked up his hose to the spigot there. The water went under the wall into my neighbor's garage, then down into my basement where it pooled for me to find it later (because the tech DID NOT tell me about it). I came home and saw the pools of water, my sopping wet towel that he hung to dry in the garage because he attempted to clean it up (poorly) and all of my things in the garage wet on the bottom (I had started moving in and had boxes, etc in there ).
I called Stanley Steemer to ask about what happened, and they finally sent out a water mitigation tech to look at the damage the next day (he worked for the same company). They set up some fans and then told me all looked fine a few days later. That's not good enough for me, at this point. How am I supposed to trust that? I asked them to hire a third-party to take a look again and make sure there was no water damage - I have mold allergies, so not about to risk it.
They wouldn't do this. The branch manager, Derek, has been ignoring me now. He told me he would discount and refund me $200 - not enough for this hassle - and this hasn't even happened. I've been dealing with this for 2 weeks.
I've never been so frustrated and disgusted by a service and company. Do not use them.
The photos show what was left of the water that flooded my place, 8 hours later. You can see it still under the wall to my neighbor's garage, and how it went through insulation and down the wall in my basement.

Ramon & Joseph did a great job! They were fast, and very informative about everything they were doing. They didn't even mind all of my questions while they were working, they were super friendly! Thanks guys!

The two technicians arrived in good time. They were pleasant and stopped to listened to my concerns. As they worked through the procedure, they would tell me what they were going to do. Of course, I put the dogs in their kennels, but the cat was in the middle of whatever the guys were doing. Thankfully, my pets didn’t affect their plans. As a pet owner I was concerned about whether the guys would mind that my fur babies were watching so attentively. The guys just kept on working! The end result was that they cleaned up my vents. I will be sure to call this company when I need to have this service again. Thank You Stanley Steamer!

We called Stanley Steemer and they were able to come clean our area rug and furniture the same day! Camren was punctual, polite and knowledgeable about the different services and prices. He did an excellent job and finished in about an hour. We will definitely use Stanley Steemer again.

Excellent service! Stas and Aden did such a good job cleaning both sofas. I can't believe how clean they got them. They finished the job in a timely manner and were on time getting here and were very friendly. The price was much lower than another company we called. I'm so glad we called Stanley Steemer.
