Quick to respond to all questions, easy to communicate with. Showed up on time, did the job safely and on budget. Went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the work and the clean up after. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be calling him again for future work.

We had a couple trees on our property that needed trimming and one that needed removal. Hannibal arbor works was incredibly professional and entirely on point as the one tree that needed removal was in a dangerous area (close to our house).

Do not waste your time on other tree service companies like I did. It was like pulling teeth to get estimates and even after I’d finally get one I was told it would be 4-6 weeks out on multiple occasions. Thankfully a friend told me about Hannibal but not soon enough! He was quick to get me a very fair estimate and knocked out a couple jobs in a day that I assumed would take 3-4. I highly recommend and will always use this company in the future… Extremely knowledgeable, professional, efficient and cleans up the job site very well when all is done. Thanks a ton!

If I could give zero stars I would. Made an appointment after an estimate and waited all day for them to show up. Nothing, not even a call. We called the next day and got voicemail, no one returned our call or even responded as to why they didn't show up that day. Seriously, terrible customer service.

We are very happy with NWT. They did an excellent hedge trim, left our yard clean and were careful not to crush any plants. We will use them again.

I used American Tree to prune and clean up an ash tree that had been really neglected. They trimmed it up to look fantastic. Cleared out all the dead and gave it a great canopy again. Cleaned up everything and were very professional. Will use them again.

Troy and his crew did a TON of work at our place this Spring and finished it in one day. A couple of our trees that were struggling and had a lot of dead-looking branches were treated with extra care. Troy used a conservative approach in his evaluation of those trees, since he saw what looked like the potential for leaves to grow on some branches very high up. We'll need to have them come back out in the Fall because, unfortunately, those branches didn't end up producing leaves. The weather this Spring was really tough on many trees. The crew cleaned up the yard nicely, even using a blower to get the dust off the patio. I look forward to hiring them - and their cherry-picker truck! - to come out this Fall to remove the dead half of the aspen. Great work!
