Constraction reviews in Greeley, Colorado

Integrity Construction Company is absolutely amazing! The work that Tim has done on this house has included everything from electrical to plumbing, fencing & windows, doors & attics. You name it, he’s done it and done it well. Last year he tackled the bathrooms. Enjoy the pictures then call him to work on your project.

It was such a pleasure to have met and worked with Tim Lee and the amazing team he has!

He removed the old tub in my bathroom and installed an Onyx shower base and wall panel system, matching the tiles on the floor beautifully. He also removed the existing window over the tub installing a shorter window providing more privacy. (Thank you!) The fix on the outside of the house, which was my concern, looks great.

I am very happy with the finished result!
Thank you Tim!

Tim and his guys are awesome to work with! I’ve been around many contractors through work and home projects, and Integrity Construction and Restoration have been the best I’ve ever worked with. Tim is straight forward with his projects and goes the extra mile to get things completed really well.

Integrity Construction did a great job and were easy to work with. Tim walked me through everything that was going on and was very professional throughout the process. Tim worked with my insurance company to complete this project and make our house whole again. I would recommend anybody who is looking to remodel or has had a catastrophic event.

Tim is one of the most honest and nicest guys you will meet. We gave them access to our home when we weren’t there with complete confidence. Tim and his crew are very talented and detail oriented. You will not find a better contractor out there. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my home. Look at the before and after pictures. You can’t believe it is the same bathroom!! We are thrilled! It is so beautiful.💕

Tim was our General Contractor for our bathroom remodel. We would absolutely work with him again on our next project! He worked with us to help make our bathroom look more updated. My favorite piece we went with was the ONYX Collection shower! Definitely recommend Tim! You won't be disappointed!

Tim Lee with Integrity Construction did an amazing job restoring my mom’s home inside and out after water damage. As a daughter helping my aging mother from out of state, I was worried the process would be stressful, but Tim made everything easy. He was professional, communicative, and worked quickly to deliver excellent results at a fair price. From drywall and painting to regrading and exterior repairs, his attention to detail and skill really stood out. If you need a general contractor you can truly trust, Tim is the one. I won’t use anyone else for my mom’s properties in the future.

Amazing job on my disaster of a bathroom! Professional, knowledgeable, timely, reasonably priced, competent, and communicative all around. Highly recommend!

Unprofessional and disrespectful the employees are unhappy and the owner seems to have an attitude problem often taking his anger out on others and accusing contractors of problems caused by poor management

We hired Old School to build a pergola kit for us. They were very professional and completed the job within our time frame. I will be reaching out to Old School again for my next project!

Ray and his team have done two projects for me so far: a deck renovation and a kitchen remodel. Both had excellent results and I couldn't be happier. Ray is great to work with on a personal level too.

Ray and his team did an incredible job with our basement build. Transformed our completely unfinished basement into a wonderful space with a bedroom, bathroom, game room and full professional theater. Everything was high quality with great attention to detail.

Ray finished our garage and added some storage. It took about a month and we are very happy with the results!

Ray and his construction crew transformed my small, dark bathroom into a stunning space that rivals the elegance of the Four Seasons. As a solo female with no prior construction experience, I was initially nervous, but Ray's dedication to explaining the process and guiding me through material selection made the entire experience seamless. The team's efficiency was remarkable, completing a typically six-week project in just about two weeks. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and rigorous cleanliness measures ensured a hassle-free process. Ray's consistent communication and updates kept me well-informed, and the final result exceeded my expectations. My new bathroom boasts a new bathtub, meticulously laid herringbone-patterned tiles, an additional light fixture, textured drywall, and flawless painting. Ray and his team turned my vision into a reality with precision and professionalism, creating a space that now radiates luxury and sophistication.

Ray and his team are just winding up the renovation/building of our basement in Longmont. We live out of state right now so communication was very important. I cannot say enough about how communicative and helpful Build Old School was. The basement is beautiful!!! We had several other things that needed attention (having nothing to do with the basement) throughout the project. I remember Ray telling me when I first asked him if he could hang a chandelier on the main floor: " We take care of our clients." He followed through on that many times throughout the project. He goes above and beyond and I would recommend him to anyone.

Paided excellent attention to detail was very efficient. He put in a kitchen ,bath with heated floor ,walk in closet, saferoom and living room excellent job

Old School just completed remodeling my kitchen and I couldn't be happier. The team was professional, detailed-oriented and very easy to work with. They were able to stay on schedule, maintained clear communication with me and kept the work area very tidy. When a slight issue did come up, they were extremely responsive and went above and beyond my expectations to insure the issue was resolved.

If you are looking to hire a contractor who can deliver high quality work with integrity and professionalism, then I would highly recommend Old School.
