Buyer beware. They offer a $79 drain clean with camera inspection but will not honor it. They charged almost $400. Claim they needed a print out. Never mind that was not listed on the offer. Then they did a half a$$ job snaking the drain claiming there was a blockage. At least until they used the camera and the line was clear. They did tell me the plumbing was bad and it needed to be replaced, for over $5000. Uh, no way. Scam artists.

Don't use this company. They cleary don't care about their customers or how to handle a mistake.

Had Roto-rooter scheduled for an sewer scope inspection for my client. They had a 3 hour window with which to show up and do the sewer scope inspection. Upon making a second call and leaving messages to reach the technician, he final calls 10 min. before our window to inspect was closed. He tell's me they over booked him. He's in another town, so he won't be coming.

There I am Shit-out-of-luck. It's not just me, now I have to make good with my customer for making the mistake of try Roto-Rooter.

My advice, don't use this company. Things may happen, but there was no attempt to even for warn me they might not make and that they couldn't make it. They also did nothing to try and make good on the situation. Just, " so I'm not going to make there.".

After having been out of septic facilities for 36 hours, roto rooter pulled into our driveway and left stating they would need to come back two days later to do a location of our septic tank and then proceeded to advise they would not be able to pump our tank for an additional 4 days. We are tenants and this is what our property manager advised us that roto rooter informed her of. However, he did personally tell us he would need to have someone else come and locate the tank even though my husband pointed to him the possible location of the tank, in which roto rooter showed no interest in following up with ....B&J septic ended up coming out a couple of hours later, located the tank and had it pumped out within a little over an hour. I will never contact roto rooter for services following the treatment by them.

My drain issue was resolved very efficiently by a tech guy named Caleb Breen (#5456). He was so polite, so thorough and quite knowledgeable. I had such a positive experience in getting my problem solved thanks to a tech named Caleb. Thank you, Roto-Rooter, for hiring such qualified individuals who work well with the customer,

One star is too generous...Absolute worst costumer service I have ever experience. Zero character in the owner (Bonnie) and one of the drivers (Jack). First scenario was in March 2018. They stated that, "I had to be present at my house for my septic vault pumping;” therefore, I had to take a personal day off work (8 hours) to be there. It was a NO SHOW. I called them asking for an explanation and was told, "the driver [Jack] had additional work to do and wasn't able to come up that day but would be there tomorrow." With that being said, I had to take another personal day off of work (8 more hours) to be there. Again, it was a NO SHOW. Extremely irritated at this point, I followed up with a phone call for an explanation...“The driver, Jack, had additional work to do and couldn’t come up that day, but he will be there the following business day which would be three days from then.” They also mentioned that I would receive a 10% off discount but that's all that they could do. So, waiting a long weekend without the use of water to prevent the septic from backing up, I had to take yet another day off of work (total of 24 personal vacation hours at this point) to be present. Long story short, the driver, Jack, finally showed up -- two hours late -- and pumped my septic which I then paid for ($433.50). Second scenario: I swore I would never use this company again, however, I was in need of my septic vault being pumped and they claimed that they could come up the following day. Stating I had to be present for the septic vault pumping, I again had to take a personal day off work (8 hours) to be there. I live in a gated community and had previously unlocked the gate expecting the driver, Jack, to be on time (between 11:00am and 1:00pm). Two and a half hours go by and I received a call from the driver, Jack, claiming that the gate was closed at 3:00pm so he couldn't come conduct the job and that it was my fault the gate was closed (THOUGH HE WAS 2 HOURS LATE and didn’t attempt to call me for the gate code or for me to come unlock the gate). Trying to keep my composure I called the company and asked to speak with a manager. Nobody was able to help and said that they would come pump my septic vault FIRST THING in the morning the next day and that I wouldn't have to be present this time. They also mentioned that they will compensate me with a larger discount. After calling numerous times throughout the day, they stated that the driver, Jack, finally finished around 3:00pm...nowhere near "first thing in the morning", and after checking the job he DIDN'T EVEN PUMP THE ENTIRE VAULT. Not receiving an invoice/bill for 6 months, they called me stating I need to pay my bill ASAP. Trying to explain my side of the story to the owner, Bonnie, she was completely RUDE, NASTY, and DISRESPECTFUL...yelling and literally calling me a liar. This is, in my opinion, not how a manager should treat their clients nor anybody in fact. After threatening to take me to collections, I decided it wasn't worth my time and I paid my invoice (which was $570.00 this time...$136.50 MORE than the first time they pumped my septic vault and they PUMPED LESS waste). I highly DO NOT recommend this company and if you are looking for a company that takes pride in their work, FIND SOMEONE ELSE!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I honestly don't even know where to began. I was scheduled for a job that would take 1-2 days max. It took 9 days for them to complete the work and to this day I am left with incomplete work because of their own poor planning.. The office had no problem charging me for all the bids despite the work not being done. In plumbing there has to be a linear process so that you are not constantly having to pivot due to mistakes. This was not the case at all with this company. It was constant road blocks because of their ineptitude. For example, we did not have running water for 3 whole days because they didn't have the right parts, despite telling us two days in a row we would have running water the next day. They also didn't install the pipes correctly because we had to have them come back for leaks. Not to mention they installed the shower valve wrong and both the tub faucet are sticking off the wall and the overflow pipe. These are basic things a plumber should know how to plan for. They require accuracy. When I told them the faucet was sticking out they told me we would have to cut the tile and hardy backer to make it work. Despite us showing them the materials we were going to use-- how could they not plan for this? It makes no sense. There is so much more I can share about the ineptitude including getting grease finger prints all over brand new fixtures, a new butcher block, and not cleaning up after themselves at all. I even had to run to the store to get a 12 in toilet line so they wouldn't leave us without a toilet on day 4. The incompetance coupled with the lack of customer service is not worth any money you might be saving by working with them. We are not the type to leave negative reviews but this job has left us utterly dissappointed despite spending thousands of dollars. We even bought them beer to take home after the first day bc we wanted to show we appreciated their work. Never again will I use this company.

Called and got Rob on the phone around 5pm. He explained he had a couple of calls but could be there around 9pm to unclog my drain. As promised he showed up on time, was really easy to talk to and very informative about what he was doing. I will absolutely use these guys in the future! Thanks again Rob

In a world where most people are skeptical of plumbers, Roto-Rooter Greeley is working hard to change that perception. They were professional and knowledgeable. Not only that, they worked with me until our plumbing issues were fixed during a time of financial strain for myself. Not often you find someone in the service industry that is sympathetic and kind, but Roto-Rooter Greeley was just that. Helping to fix my plumbing issues and working with me to find a solution we could both live with. I couldnt recommend them more if you need help with your plumbing. Changed the way I perceived the plumbing industry all together.

Roto rooter Greeley did our sewer inspection for our new home and were very thorough & great time work with. We had a unique situation with our sewer line & they helped us solve our issue & get the job done in a timely manner as we were in escrow!

I was told that the cost would be $120 for the visit plus time. In fact, Peter arrived exactly on tme, fixed the shower valve plus replaced my shower head with one I had purchased and even replaced my toilet paper holder that had fallen off the wall.. He worked for the full hour and charged me $120 total - nothing extra for the time spent.
I need to warn you to not be fooled by others who steal this name - especially the one that advertises on phone books and calls itelf Mr. Rooter. I accidently called them last year but luckily realized my mistake before they charged me.They cannot be trusted to do the work well and charge exorbitan fees.
I discovered roto rooter plumbing some years ago and have never been disappointed.

We don't trust our plumbing with anyone else! Shane is awesome. We have him come out and check our main every May due to having a slight belly with the PVC in our yard. He is honest and straight up. It's really nice to have a company that understands routine maintenance needs and doesn't try to sell you on anything but what you need. I believe, that with his annual inspection, we'll never have to deal with sewer water in our basement like we did before working with Shane and Roto-Rooter. Don't bother with other companies, these are the people you want to talk to!

Roto Rooter rocks. Aaron is an amazing plumber. We urgently needed our water heater pressure fixed and something installed and he took time out of his busy schedule to help us out. Price was super reasonable, more than!, even when there was some out of scope work he had to do. Thank you

We have been struggling to get a sewer line repaired for 2 weeks, and have had a rocky relationship with the original company that agree to take the job. It's a complicated job with a super deep pipe (>15'). We called Roto-Rooter, Keith came out the same day, gave us a number of options, recommended excavators that he trusted that he knew would do the job, and was super honest with us. He freely gave us his time and a camera scope, and treated us kindly.

We contacted Roto-Rooter, and Keith specifically, on the recommendation of our Realtor (who had reached out to some other realtor friends). 4 of our realtor's friends independently recommended Keith to us. This company (including the front-desk personnel that originally took our call) treated us with respect every step of the way, and Keith in particular just kicked butt. We're extremely grateful.

I've used Roto Rooter over the past 9 years for my personal residence and my rental properties. I've also referred them to my real estate clients again and again. The Roto Rooter techs are super knowledgeable, and resourceful about figuring out what is going on, solving any issues and giving me options. The office staff is friendly & helpful with scheduling & billing. I couldn't recommend any company more highly for sewer line maintenance and repairs!

We had a toilet clogged that we could not get unclogged with a plunger. Roto-Rooter sent a guy by the name John to check the proplam out. He was very professional and wasted no time locating the source of the problem. For all your Plumbing needs I recommend calling Roto-Rooter ,
    " ThankY'all" .

Roto Rooter Greeley patched our pipe at a fraction of the cost for a replacement. Our tech was professional & efficient completing the job in just 1 day! We will definitely be referring them to family/friends & use them ourselves for future plumbing issues.

I am a real estate broker and have used Keith and his team for many properties over the years. They are always courteous, prompt and professional. They have never recommended work done that wasn't absolutely necessary and their prices are reasonable. I have had experience with at least two other companies that recommended very expensive replacements that were not necessary only to have Roto-rooter come in with honest assessments. I wouldn't use anyone else.

I am SO glad I called Roto-Rooter to come out for a second opinion. I got an appointment same-day and the employee who came out, Frankie, was incredibly professional and transparent about his entire process. I was only charged $100 for the second opinion and given a full report and video of the scoping. The previous company I was using gave me a $9,800 estimate for a very invasive 'solution' to a problem that didn't even exist! I will only trust Roto-Rooter, and Frankie specifically, for all of our future plumbing needs.

Peter installed our new kitchen sink, faucet, and disposal very very nicely. We are very happy with it. We love it. Roto-Rooter of Weld and Larimer County is top notch! Their work is the highest quality.

Our kitchen sink was backing up later on a Sunday. Left a message and was called back very quickly. John was friendly and informative about the costs and time frame to come out that day, and what other options would look like. He arrived within the time window he mentioned and quickly looked at the problem and got to work. Was very friendly and patient toward our 2 year old daughter who loved interacting with him. He fixed the issue and let me know about another issue with the sink. He gave me options to have them come out, and also gave me the needed information if I wanted to take the job on. Very happy with the service. The cost of the after hours visit and the work itself cost less than the trip charge for another company. Thank you John!! :)
