In a world where people are quick to complain but not to commend.... I wanted to take a moment to recognize Rob D. @ Roto-Rooter. Rob was here ahead of schedule , took the time to explain his diagnosis , explained my options and made suggestions etc, made the fix and we are up and running better than before. Becareful. They will make you wait 6 hours and reschedule for the next day then make you wait another 5 hours. They will just waste your time. Nothing got done and people in the office don't know what's going on. I'd recommend Viking Plumbing where they are family owned and operated. These people are a joke.
