Becareful. They will make you wait 6 hours and reschedule for the next day then make you wait another 5 hours. They will just waste your time. Nothing got done and people in the office don't know what's going on. I'd recommend Viking Plumbing where they are family owned and operated. These people are a joke.
We had a major issue with our main sewer line that Keith and his team quickly resolved. They were at our house within 1.5 hrs of the initial call and fixed the problem. Highly recommended!
Multiple Positive Experiences. So pleased with the local Roto-rooter service on drain cleaning, root removal and maintenance, and most recently on replacing a cracked line. Show up on time and are reasonable in cost. I've given up on the numerous other plumbers in town, who are more costly and often don't get the job done right the first time.
I don’t recommend this company price wise or customer service , the technician I call last night seemed bothered to even answer the call when he got to my place he was upset we had water our lawn prior to knowing we had a problem , stating he was not going to be getting wet he damaged my insulation that was just put on the day prior , on top of that he didn’t have to use any tools or it was a simple fix and the price was 415.00
