Troy was very informative and professional. He is also fast. I had him replace a kitchen faucet and do a leak detection that I couldn't find. He located it in minutes. His charge was very reasonable and I highly recommend wulf plumbing to anyone.

Troy and his son are great. Honest and hard working. They replaced a leaky gass line in my yard and didnt try to take advantage of an emergency situatuon and price gouge like some other lumbers i called. I will be calling Wulf plumbing for all my future plumbing needs.

Troy answered my call at 6:30 at night which I was immediately impressed with as I didn’t expect someone to answer that late. He came out the next afternoon to check out our leaky water heater and was able to fix it in the same day for an incredibly reasonable price! I am truly thrilled with the service we received from Wulf Plumbing and I will contact them anytime we have any plumbing issues from now on.

Troy and his son are great. They replaced an old hot water heater that was full of sediment. The sediment had traveled into some pipes and was lowering my water pressure in some lines. I called Troy and they came the next day. The first thing they did was make sure that the hot water heater couldn’t be repaired and did need to be replaced, I appreciated that they gave me options. They replaced the water heater, and cleared the lines so I now have excellent water pressure. Troy also noticed that one of the pipes leading from my furnace had a couple of tears forming in the pipe. He recommended I call the heating company and get it replaced. I appreciate the attention to the extra things. They explained everything and were fair in their pricing. I would definitely recommend Wulf Plumbing and will be using them in the future if I need a plumber.

Troy did a great job replacing our old sump pump with a new unit that included battery backup power. He went above and beyond by showing me how the pump was sitting in the pit, explaining how it works and testing the pump with me. On top of all that, his work was really clean with a high level of craftsmanship and pride.

Kitchen drain line was leaking into the basement, they came in a timely manner, was honest, helpful, and professional all while moving quickly. They took a huge weight off my chest getting my problem fixed, I’d recommend them every time.

We recently had some renovations done in our kitchen and after hooking up our oven/range we had some gas supply line issues. I called Troy, and he scheduled to come out the next day. Mind you, this is the week before Christmas, and other companies told me it would be five days before they could come out. He and Ty figured out the issue quickly, fixed it, and even helped me put the unit back into its spot between my cabinets, which was no easy task (my range is 4 feet wide and extremely heavy). They also helped me level it so it fit right in a tight spot between all of the surrounding cabinets. I would recommend them to anyone with plumbing needs in a second. Professional, kind, and they went out of their way to teach me how to do a few things that will come in handy in the future.

Troy is the best plumber you could ever ask for! I had a leak in my old water heater, I knew it was time to replace it. I called him on Sunday and thought I would get voice mail or an answering service, but to my my surprise he answered my call. He set up a time for Monday morning to install a new water heater. He showed up on time and with his son, Ty they had me all set up with a new heater in record time! He is so reasonable , reliable and answers all question. A very good man! Troy and Ty did a great job! Had an outdoor faucet leak and they were able to address quicker than the prior call made and they were referred. Looks and works great!

Troy and Ty are amazing! They did high quality and efficient work, double checked that things were fixed and working, took time to explain things to me, handled other issues I brought up with grace & professionalism, and left things clean. And their prices are very reasonable. These two are great and I highly recommend them!

Update 12/22/2025: I experienced some issues with the new faucet, NOT related to any of the work Wulf Plumbing did. I contacted Troy and he tried to resolve the issues. We ended up replacing the new faucet with another one, & that took care of the problems. Troy & Ty were professional & nice throughout the process. Also, Troy gave me a break on the additional labor charges. Such a kind way to do business—highly recommend!! Thank you Wulf Plumbing!!

Ruined our cabinets during install of a new bathroom tub. Did credit a discount for the damages but then they failed to fully install fixture (based on the brand/style they recommended for us to buy). Then wanted an additional trip charge to finish the job because it’s “kind of a pain” to do when he fully admitted they did not look even look at the new fixture during the initial install.

We purchased a home several years ago that was in need of a complete remodel. We were blessed to be referred to Tom at the beginning. Being able to rely on him for all our plumbing challenges has not only made the many projects so much easier, but also fun. Tom has relocated 2 water heaters, replaced 5 sinks and faucets and patiently planned and plumbed our 2 bathroom remodels which necessitated relocating existing plumbing. He made our visions a reality. Most people cringe when they need to call a plumber. For us, it brings a smile because we know Tom will do outstanding work in every way and he's such a joy to work with.

Tom and his crew were incredible. Leading up to our appointment Tom was very responsive and cordial in answering our questions. On our appointment day they arrived on time, were very courteous, and did excellent work. I would highly recommend Ridgeline Plumbing!
