Cassidy is a Rock Star. 12 degrees below zero, pipes freeze and ruin the water heater. He was there in 20 minutes repaired the pipes and replaced the water heater in under 2 hours. He even came back the same evening to help bleed the air out of the hot water heat system.

Cassidy did a wonderful job swapping out my old tankless water heater with a bigger unit I had acquired. He was very professional and his pricing was lower than several other quotes I had received. I would highly recommend him.

Cut a hole in my ceiling to get to the leak upstairs. Tightened something, and said it was fixed. Left the hole but gave me the number of a guy who would come fix it. Called the guy; no, he doesn't do that. Went upstairs to shower, my wife told me it immediately leaked just as bad as before. Cassidy wouldn't come out and fix it, and wouldn't refund any of the over $300 he charged. My advice: get someone else. ANYONE else.

Used for toilet install, went good initially but then leak started within hours. Called him within an hour didn’t return call till late next day. Scheduled for end of week then canceled 2 hours before appointment and asked to reschedule for following Wednesday. I called and texted that Wednesday morning to confirm so my wife could leave work to meet him. No call or text back whatsoever. Called a new plumber and he fixed with no issues. If you use him better hope there is not a problem and recommend not paying until you are sure job is complete with no problems. Wasted our time and delayed project!

They were awesome! Our water heater took a dive and from the time I noticed it to the time I called him, told him the problem brought a new water hester, installed it and had running again within 2 hours from when I called him! Reasonable prices. I highly recommend Practical Plumbing! Thank you!!

Helped me over the phone to turn on pilot light. He invited me to call to ask for follow up. Still no hot water till he came to show me one more step in the process. Very generous of him...wouldn't even accept a tip or gas money. Very grateful for his help as I have a very sick husband, & hot water is a must.

This guy! I will never use another plumber again! Cassidy cake out same day, more that reasonably priced and the kind of guy you would want at your next bbq! Last week during the cold snap we had a pipe burst outside. Not sure what to do, I called Practical Plumbing. Cassidy answered and was able to come right away and got the problem remedied in a matter of minutes. He was prompt, kind, efficient, and very professional. Will be calling back again!

We called when our hot water heater went out. Not only did Cassidy come the same day, he was reasonably priced. He did a great job and even scooped our driveway.

Another terrific review for Cass! What an incredibly helpful guy! He was able to assist me over the phone to help with a leak I was having on the outer system of our home! We have used him before for help in plumbing needs and will certainly be sure to keep doing so in the future! Can't express how grateful I was for the help in the early morning hours to save our house from damage!! Highly recommend

Cassidy is excellent! He is very experienced and knowledgeable. He replaced our tub drain line in about half the time that it may have taken someone else.

Cassidy was available quickly, responsive, and knowledgeable. He fixed a drain clog easily and provided me with estimates and lifetime on my water heater setup that will help me to budget for their replacement in a couple of years. I'll definitely be using him for the replacement when it comes time! Highly recommended.
