This is the plumber you WANT! I called Glynn Plumbing in a panic after the recent cold snap. Jason was extremely professional, did an AMAZING job on the repair (two breaks in a copper pipe) and helped me understand what needed to be done to make sure this would not happen again (insulating it correctly). He is now the ONLY plumber I will call. Great rates, fair and actually a pleasure to have in our home. Make him your plumber too!

I'm a renter currently and I've had a lot of people come through my house but this plumber really made an impression and an impact on my house - checking and double checking everything and making sure there would be no future problems. Jason Glynn even brought in fresh eggs from his own chickens the second time he came, and knew enough about everything going on in the house to talk to my landlord about problems not even related to plumbing! I've never met such an all around amazing plumber and I don't plan on using a different plumber in the foreseeable future. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a job completely well done!

I had a weekend issue and was at a loss about what needed to be done. I called a handyman who I’ve worked with before and had issues with him having time to look at things. So I called Jason. He talked me through a long process/ spent his personal time explaining what would happen; and even contacted the renters in the house on my behalf. We set up a repair for Monday morning and he rearranged his schedule for my emergency (gas completely shut off).

A few hours later, I got a call from the handyman telling me that he had been there (knowing where the house was) and had done some tests/work

I had to call Jason back and cancel for Monday, because having two people do the same work would be redundant (and expensive 😳 ).

I felt awful after Jason spent time explaining things to me and had rearranged his schedule to fit me in on Monday morning. Jason, however, was most gracious. I do have 5 homes in this area, so in the instance of a plumbing need in the future, I will certainly call Jason, knowing he’s licensed/certified; takes time to explain processes to people, and goes the extra mile to help people by doing things such as making calls on their behalf and assuaging their worries.

One of the zones to my heater decided to break on New Years Eve and I got a hold of Jason after nobody else could help me. Even though he couldn't get to me until the holiday was over he was very helpful by telling me how to manage my heat until then. He was on time, very nice, affordable, professional, and got my heater up and working correctly again.

Diamond in the rough!! Calling smaller plumbing companies, I honestly didn't expect to find an ultra-engaged, thoughtful Master Plumber with an UNBELIEVEABLE ABILITY AND WILLINGNESS to understand my complex plumbing problem over the phone and discuss solutions. Hell, most companies aren't even answering the phone...and then you leave a message and they don't call you back.

I am not easily impressed with how someone carries themselves and provides genuine, solid customer service, but I was with Jason. I'd trust him to perform the same in any job he's pointed at.

Glynn Plumbing and Heating provided A+ service on installing our new hot water heater. Came same day called, within a couple of hours, was very friendly and professional and even brought us a dozen of farm fresh eggs on arrival. Call and speak directly to the person doing the job. No out of town answering service or stalls in getting the job done. We’re enjoying all the hot water and so glad we had it replaced before it totally quit working.
