Royal T Rooter is the best sewer line clean out company hands down. Roland and Andy runs a great company. The guys that came out to clear three lines were friendly and caring. They have been servicing my house in Ault for 16 years. Amber has great customer service skills. Thank you for taking care of my home.

Royal T Rooter Service is the best! My mom had them come out to fix a leak on Friday and then had an emergency this morning (sunday) and called them. They came right away and found the problem right away. Fixed it and made sure it wasn't still a problem. And then didn't charge her for a Sunday call since they were just out on Friday. Great service, very polite, and professional! This is just one of the reasons we call Royal T Rooter Service for all our plumbing needs!

I had an issue with my sewer pipe, and water was coming into the basement.
After calling them, the service guy (Garrett) showed up an hour later.
He quickly evaluated what the problem was and where he needed to start.
After a little while, the pipe was cleared and free.
I initially called Top Notch Plumbing since I couldn't get a hold of RoyalT at first. They told me that it would be at least $340. After getting a hold of RoyalT, I was told what the price was (if my problem wouldn't result in more work), and it was more than $200 less!!
It was only a "smaller" problem, and Garrett took care of it efficiently and fast! Thankfully, I ended up with the price I was told on the phone.
That is what I call transparency!

I can not express how thankful I am!
I will make sure to continue using their service in the future and to recommend RoyalT to anyone who needs professional help!

Everyone at Royal T is downright amazing they have worked on many projects for me and are always honest, respectful, punctual, and affordable , I work with a multitude of contractors on a daily basis and amber makes it a breeze to handle any of my sewer/drain needs !

Royal T Rooter Service has been nothing but great during our few experiences. Andy and Johnny were both knowledgeable and provided great customer service. They have been able to get folks out to our house quickly for all of our issues.

Did a great job coming out quickly when our house was having issues with a clogged pipe. However, they did not clean up the area around where they worked to unclog the drain and I was left with a gross bathroom floor to clean up! This layer of dirt was not there before they had to work on the toilet and no one would come back to clean it up.

Teddy is a lifesaver! We’ve had water come up from our main line partially flooding our basement about 4 times now in the 12 years of owning our home. We know the problem is roots (we have 2 gigantic 100 year old poplar trees on our property) and yet, every single company that has comes out, tries to scam us and scare us into paying anywhere from $12-40k for new pipes. Not these guys! They gently, yet effectively, clean out our lines with no problem and offer yearly maintenance which is exactly what we wanted. They did offer to scope it which is much appreciated and we will be getting that done every few years just to be sure our lines are not cracked or damaged. Teddy has come out twice now to help with emergencies and he’s so easy to communicate with and he knows just what needs to be done when I explain what’s going on. I appreciate the no hassle line of communication. Amber in the office is also really great over the phone and is honest about timelines and schedules. So glad we found you!!

Thanks so much to Garrett and Johnny! One came late on Easter Sunday and the other during a Saturday evening. Both worked so hard to clear the line. Both succeeded and the lines are running again. Neither ever thought about giving up. KUDOS to both of them. Royal T Rooter is reliable and dependable.

After a common line block caused flooding beneath my kitchen sink after my upstairs neighbor ran the dishwasher, Royal-T-Rooter sent a technician out very quickly and the problem was efficiently resolved. The technician I had was Garret (he spelled it differently, but that's how it was pronounced) and he was a really cool guy. Polite, professional, and he and I even capped off the appointment by collaborating on a pick-up jam of The Beatles' Let It Be, with him on vocals and ukulele, me on guitar and harmonica. You don't get that very often. Raddest service call I've ever had.

I had a toilet over flow when I turned on my shower. I called a few plumbers and they all gave me extremely high estimates, like $800+ high. Royal T Rooter was able to solve my problem in less than 2 hours and under $300. My technician was Garrett and he was extremely helpful, kind, and funny too!

Yesterday our kitchen sink became clogged, causing us to turn off the water and wait for a plumber. A friend recommended Royal T Rooter Service and we could not be more impressed with their service, their work, and their incredibly fast response time. I spoke with Amber on the phone and Efren was the person who came out to fix the drain. Their customer service was incredible! They went far above and beyond to help quickly and their kindness was very much appreciated. They just gained lifelong customers!

Stop searching! My husband and I highly recommend this plumbing company! Called on a Sunday with an issue, Garrett was pleasant and assured us of help within a couple hours. Efrain was here quicker than expected and had a very kind and professional disposition. After he assessed the situation, he explained the cause of the issue, what needed to be done to resolve it and went straight to work when we asked him to move forward with his plan. He left no mess, showed us a video of the fix and assured us that we would get a report and copy of the video on Monday via email. Spoke to Amber on Monday who was quick to send us what Efrain promised. Should we ever need a plumber again they're the only ones we'll call!!

Efrain came out right away (2 days after Christmas on weekend night) and helped unclog our pipe before any more sewage could come back up in our laundry room.
