Lynn is the best! He is very knowledgeable and did a great job. We didn't know where the opening was to our septic tank. He figured out where the tank set and dug until he found the opening. All done in 90 degree heat with a great attitude and a smile. I so appreciate the work and his awesome attitude. He is a great asset to your company. We will definitely do business with Lion Home Services again. Thanks again to Lynn, you are the best.

Gabe and Thomas came out we had found out we had a broken pipe, I explained what I thought was the issue, Gabe and Thomas took their time to establish the CORRECT location of the break and there is also a blockage (vital information the last plumbers didn’t tell me). Not only do I feel confident financing through them for such a major fix but I’m also grateful that I’ve found my home plumbers from here out. They were transparent, upfront and had excellent customer service. 110% recommend these guys out of any other plumbers in the Greeley/Evans area. (Because I can safely say I’ve called them all in the last 4 days)

They did an excellent job on servicing my septic tank today. Josh, the technician that did the work explained everything quite thoroughly. They arrived on time and we’re fast and efficient. I would highly Recommend them for anybody needing septic tank service.

Josh M. Was a great technician as he answered all my questions in a technical, but easy to understand explanation. He was prompt and efficient in the execution of his job. Excellent and courteous customer service , including with the seller/homeowner. He was very knowledgeable and worthy of his certification.

Josh was great he showed up when he said he would be here and he asked questions and wanted to hear from me what the issue was with the septic. We went over the issues and he had some suggestions but wanted to consult and collaborate with his team first. He took pictures and notes and is going to follow up. From the first call to this company to see if they covered my area they have been accommodating, efficient and professional. Josh was really helpful and thank you all for such great customer service!

We had a drain clog that was backing up into our basement every time we ran water more than a few minutes. Called in the morning and was able to get someone here in less than two hours. Ramon was our tech and was so friendly, professional, and also took the time to explain the issue and what he was doing every step of the way to remedy it. He was great!

Overall a wonderful and easy experience for a notoriously not so wonderful issue. Thank you guys so much!

***Do not use this company!!!*** My daughter paid $580 to have a report state of what work had been done if any to compare to Elite Rooter that scammed me. This company used Garrett and Charity to scam me as well. Sewer companies prey on the elderly. This so called report is an invoice that tells you where the sewer lines run and that’s it. No mention that it is the original sewer line with no patch in the street nor did they look at the drain line at the water heater.

They dug up my sewer line and it was not broken...just had an offset, that I was told later by a plumber from a different company,...would have lasted a very long time. There is so much more to the story but that is the 8,000 one. Don't use them
Later for plumbing issues, I hired a couple men from a company named "The Golden rule.... You could not get any better competency kindness, great service. I highly recommend them

I'm an "advanced amateur plumber" myself, having roughed in a few houses' drain and supply lines, and I was very impressed with the quality, experience, and expediency of their work. The plumber was here within an hour of my call. I learned a few new tricks from watching him. Also, very reasonable price for the amount of work done.

Called before showing up. Wore mask (even though I wouldn’t have minded if he didn’t). Professional, courteous, took 10 minutes to fix my clogged tub. Highly recommend. Will be the first place I call if this kind of service is needed again.

Called them to have the sewer pipe cleaned. Was able to get a tech out within two days. The tech was super friendly, and was able to do the job in about half an hour. Oh, and the sewer hasn't clogged since! (It hadn't before, some home inspector made us get it done. )

Promptly returned my call and scheduled me for next day service. Johnny showed up on time and quickly cleared my drain. He was very personable and gave us some tips on preventing future clogs.

Royal-T may the best customer oriented business I have ever dealt with. My parents have a problem drain, and they have never failed to respond in a timely and professional manner. If you have plumbing issues CALL THESE PEOPLE ASAP

OK -- having to call a plumber is stressful - mostly because you don't know how much it's going to cost, or what they'll find wrong with your plumbing. Royal-T is up front about the price, so you're not shocked at the end. We just had them come to fix a floor drain that was backing up in the basement. Two days after the visit, it started backing up again, and we called them on a Sunday. Within an hour, Jeremiah and Jose were there and they were able to completely solve the problem (it couldn't be fixed by going through the floor drain). What I really appreciate is that there was NO charge for the second visit. Yes, they guarantee their work, but you always hear about other companies who say "well, this is a different problem so we'll have to charge you." Royal-T stood by their word, and we really appreciate that. We're back to doing laundry and washing dishes with no issues. Thanks for the excellent work!

We've delt with a few plumbers over the last 2 years, we've got an older house that needs some TLC. They came out today, and cleaned up the tree roots from the sewer line. The plumber was kind, knowledgeable & prompt. The company has excellent consumer service and communication. Would highly recommend!

Friday night, clogged drainpipe for the kitchen and washing machine...made a call, two hours later, I have a clean pipe! Cost was VERY reasonable, and he cleaned up behind himself! Goodness I didn't know we could get that kind of service these days. Very very thankful! You guys are the best!
