The pilot on our water heater went out this morning, we didn't realize until mid afternoon. We called top-notch plumbing and they were able to make it work to come out and get us taken care of. Their tech Andrew was great. He let us know what needed to be done and was very professional in taking care of us. This is the second time we've used Top Notch and they do not disappoint!

I've had a lot of various plumbing issues lately (unfortunately) including two emergencies. Top Notch has exceeded my expectations each time. They have responded to me quickly each time and made sure my plumbing emergencies were addressed promptly AND for a reasonable price. As an accountability business consultant, I'm impressed with the value they place on not only doing a good job with plumbing but on customer service overall. I feel like they really care about my needs and it is clear the team takes pride in the work they do. With some companies, there may be one individual that makes the difference. To start our expirience they had offered better deal than other plumbing services, but to top it off our plumbing tech (Jeremiah) was not only friendly but provided exceptional service as well as clear knowledge in his field. We have used top notch for many years now, they installed our tankless water heater and have been our go to call if anything goes funky with our systems. That being said, we just had an issue with our tankless water heater, and a long story short, it took multiple calls and a lot of digging to get to the problem. A huge shout out to Andrew, as he was super courteous and very professional as he navigated difficulties with the manufacturer and found the problem. He held them accountable and made the fix with no additional charged to us :-) I will be going with this company for a very long time. And suggest you do the same!

Highest of recommendations for Top-Notch Plumbing! I had a water leak happen late last night, and sent an appointment request. I got a call first thing this morning, and at first it seemed like I would need to wait a few days to get scheduled. But there was a cancellation list and I was able to get an appointment today, about an hour after the first phone call.

Andrew got to my house quickly, and he was very efficient. Promptly diagnosed the issue and did a temporary fix till I can get scheduled for the replacement of the bathtub fixtures. Andrew went above and beyond, making sure the pets stayed safe while he worked, and was very patient with explaining what the issue was and how he planned to fix it. I cannot thank you all enough! Stressful situations get so much more manageable when those helping are kind about it! Thanks to Andrew, and thanks to Top-Notch Plumbing, I have peace of mind now.

Jeremiah and his team did a fabulous job repairing a breech in our sewer line. He kept us informed of progress all along the way from initial assessment to taking final photos. They left the yard and adjacent surfaces clean, packed the soil, and ready to plant new grass. I highly recommend Top-Notch Plumbing.

Top Notch is number 1 -these guys are so honest they will never overcharge. Fair prices and fast service. A different company wanted to charge us $7,600 when in reality it cost us$300 with Top Notch . Please call Top Notch!!

Excellent service!!! Andrew and Miguel came to my place today to replace the water heater. Both were knowledgeable and professional throughout the process. It was late in the afternoon and the guys were working a long day. Everything was done right and they ensured that all of the components and other NG appliances were functioning correctly before they left. Highly recommended!

We contacted this company because they were voted best of Greeley for plumbing. Unfortunately we did not have a good experience with them, paid $300 to have them replace a section of pipe and it still leaked afterwards. Went with a different company to make the repair for a second time. Top Notch didn't offer a refund for their work.

I was impressed with Top-Notch from beginning to end! My initial call to the company to request service was a wonderful experience. They were friendly and able to get someone out the same day. Once Jeremiah arrived he was very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. He
clearly explained everything he had to fix and gave me options on what route to take. Top-Notch is the best in the business, in my opinion.
