Hi everyone,
I work with Top Notch professionally through their commercial Plumbing division, so I decided to give them a call for my personal HVAC needs in my home when I discovered they also offered that service.
My heat had been out for two days and while it was cold, I knew it was only going to get colder soon! They had availability within 24 hours and upon speaking with their tech, Andrew, he knew exactly where to start and was confident he knew what the issue was.
Andrew got right to it, also performed the regular maintenance and I had heat within an hour! The team at Top Notch was gracious enough to apply a discount to my service invoice, that was so very much appreciated, especially at this time of the year (all you single parents out there know what I'm talking about)!
Thank you Top Notch Team, you're top notch in my book and definitely my go to!

***UPDATE:
The team had to come back and replace a part that originally was thought to be ok and could just be cleaned, but turned out needed to be replaced. The team came by the evening before my actual service call appointment and left me a space heater to ensure I wasn't completely out of heat as this was during this most recent cold front/storm that blew in and temps reached negative values. The space heater blew a GFI RCPT and Roland trouble shot it until he got it working again and the other rcpts and lights controlled on the same circuit. They went over and above the call of duty to help my kids and I and I am so grateful!

Top-Notch worked on our water heater. Scotty, the service technician, was very professional, communicative and did a great job. I would not hesitate to recommend Top-Notch Plumbing.

The plumbers were nice and the plumbing of lines was done well (I believe there was a leak when the water was turned back on but they got it fixed.). However, I believe I got a hot water heater that had a lesser BTU rating than my original one, for a higher price. Not sure if that (the BTU rating) is important? During the job, somehow all of my manuals that came with the unit got wet and they left them wet in the plastic bag they attached to the side of the heater...why do this? They did not clean up the silver soder fragments on the floor and did not pick up the sheet metal screws they dropped on the floor. I had to clean all of that up. Finally, When they removed the old heater, they allowed it to drip dirty water from the furnace room all the way upstairs along my carpet. I have some cleaning up to do. I did request that they contact me, and the owner did contact me. He was very concerned with my feedback and he stated he would make things right for me and he did. A very good company that I would recommend.

Andrew and Miguel were very helpful. I explained my situation to the two and how I had a previous quote on my gas lines which seemed super outlandish. They completed work the same day as diagnosing and walked me through every step of the repairs. They even gave me a few options as for what would make the repairs more cost efficient yet reliable. I'm very satisfied with the work performed and will continue using Top Notch as my preferred service!

Scotty did a great job explaining what he was doing and showing me what he had done. I'm so grateful to have my outdoor plumbing working again and no more leaks. He even improved it over how it had been done originally.

I don't recall having a more pleasant experience with any contractor. My toilet was leaking badly as were the lines under my kitchen sink. Based on their reviews, I contacted Top Notch Plumbing. Jeremiah came to give me a bid and was so kind and thorough in his explanations. He also encouraged me to get one or two more bids before coming to a decision. I thought that was above and beyond! Being on a fixed income, cost was very important to me and Jeremiah made sure that I had lots of options to choose from. I did my " due diligence" and ultimately went with Top Notch Plumbing. Jeremiah is a happy, energetic and very professional and skilled plumber. I will ask for him by name if ever I have future plumbing needs. I would venture to bet , though, that everyone that works for this fine business is as personable and full of integrity as Jeremiah . Great company...

Miguel, Jeremiah and Andrew were Awesome!! These gentlemen are very knowledgeable. They explained everything in a way that I could understand. They were patient and thorough. They did all of the work (and it was dirty work) in a timely manner and managed to smile, be pleasant and friendly. I felt safe and confident that my project was in capable hands. Erin was on the phone with me and she was also patient, kind, friendly and on top of everything. This stressful situation for me was made so much better and easier to deal with by this exceptional team!! Now I under why Top Notch was voted #1. They really are!!

Scotty and Miguel were fantastic. Very personable and professional and did an excellent job on the multiple occasions they came out to help us with our home remodel. We will use Top Notch for all of our future plumbing needs.

My water heater started leaking and I reached out to Top Notch and they were quick to ask me some diagnostic questions and set up an appointment the same day to diagnose the issue and even knew exactly when they could conduct a full replacement should they confirm the worst case scenario. Unfortunately, I was not able to use top notch’s services this time due to the water heater and installation being warrantied under another company. Since I just bought the house it took me some time to track down the right information from the sellers. I communicated that with Top Notch and they were nice enough to leave the appointment in place until it was confirmed to be a warranty issue. I have no doubt we will have plumbing needs in the future and they will be my first call.

Hello, Scotty came and did a great job replacing my water heater. When he came to do my estimate he was professional and helpful, so i asked him to come back and do the work. I hired Top-Notch to do the rough in plumbing in the construction of my dream home. From the start, Matt and Scott who visited with me to start the project were smart, friendly and took the time to go over the project with me. Derrick and Vince were assigned to do the work, and they were exceptional! Hard working, on time, friendly demeanor, and they really knew what they were doing. They were clean, friendly, and trustworthy, always cleaning up the space after a days work. Also, Miguel did a house call to troubleshoot a water crossover problem and did a fantastic job fixing it effectively. I would highly recommend Top-Notch to anyone needing an excellent plumbing company.

I've had great experiences with this company. The schedulers are very communicative. Andrew has been out to our house three times and he is fantastic! Friendly, thorough, and fast. I'm sure our plumbing issues are minor in the grand scheme of things, but it's a real reassurance to have him come in and look over things.

Friendly, knowledgeable technicians. We had a gas leak in our plumbing and they came out asap and helped get that fixed. Scotty was very kind to let us know we didn’t have the correct water heater installed in our mobile home and they were quick to get me an estimate on a new one. Miguel came out within the same week and installed the new one. Everyone including Evelyn were all very kind in the entire process!

Andrew Sanchez was excellent, showed up on time, very personable and knowledgeable, taught me a bit about what he was doing and how the system worked, diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly, would highly recommend.
