Damian and Ryan converted our tank water heater to tankless. They were respectful of us and our home. They explained our new equipment and everything was cleaned up before they left. Would definitely have them back again.

Overall pleasantly impressed by the professionalism of Jessie. He was very quick and knowledgeable. He provided feedback, and advice where needed and he was excellent to work with. The price was not really what I wanted to pay but I understand how these things go.

Had a plumbing emergency and they were able to send Adam out to address my issue of Sewer gas coming from my bathroom sink. Their VIP program looks a like a great deal in terms of annual home maintenance checkups. Everyone I’ve talked to from their dispatch when I scheduled to their Tech who came to our home was kind, courteous and respectful. Definitely a company I plan to continue doing business with them.

Damian is the technician that came to our home and changed out an old faucet for a new one. His attention to detail is remarkable! He also shared with us a plumbing membership, which we definitely took advantage of. We greatly appreciate Fort Collins, plumbing and heating and the personable technicians like Damian.

Service Tech Nick A came out on a Sunday. This was our issue (photo). Nick was both courteous and knowledgeable. He took the time to do an excellent job replacing the water heater! We will be using them again!

Had Nick and Marshall come out for the work. They were both fantastic. Marshall was here multiple days and seemed really dedicated to good service. Both did great problem solving to get the job done. Left the area cleaned up.

My tankless water heater had been making a loud booming noise for weeks, which was really concerning. The first company that came out assured me everything was fine and that the noise was normal—turns out they did a poor job and completely missed the real issue. I called Origin for a second opinion, and I’m so glad I did.
Jesse and Chuck thoroughly serviced my water heater, checked all my plumbing throughout the house, and diagnosed the problem right away. I was fully expecting the bad news that I’d need to replace the entire unit (which would have been expensive and a major hassle). Instead, all it needed was a deep, thorough cleaning that the previous company had failed to perform properly. After the cleaning, the booming noise disappeared completely, and the system is running smoothly and quietly again.
I was absolutely relieved—no replacement needed, and the cost was incredibly reasonable and fair. The team was professional, knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and left my home spotless. They didn’t try to upsell me on anything unnecessary; they just fixed the problem honestly and efficiently.

Fantastic job! I had been needing to get a new hot water heater and got quite a few quotes. Ended up going with this team because they were professional and transparent. Not the cheapest I found, but still very reasonable! And the quality and promptness was top notch!

Zack and Damian were here for 12 solid hours installing a brand new tankless water heater after our 40 gallon water heater broke and sprung a leak. Marshall, Nick and Cameron came to our house to install a gas stove in our kitchen. They did an amazing job. It wasn’t easy and took a long time but they made the entire experience exceptional. Cheerful, knowledgeable, enthusiastic and hard working - you won’t find anyone better. They’re top notch. I highly recommend them and Fort Collins Heating and Air Conditioning and Origiin plumbing. They’re the best.

Jeremiah was wonderful, very knowledgeable and helpful.He was kind and didn't make us feel bad about our plumbing situation. They will be my go to from now on. The prices were very reasonable and I appreciate that ina world that is over charging and has poor quality. This was a refreshing experience.

STOP looking! We lucked out with having this company handle our plumbing issue. My husband and I had 4 plumbers in our home for a situation that each said they could fix, with prices ranging in difference of thousands of dollars. We decided to try Top Notch. First person I spoke with was Aaron, she's the office administrator. Very pleasant, professional and quick to get someone out to our home to assess the issue. When I called Aaron back a few days later, and asked her to take the job, she was quick to schedule for us and the team that they sent out; Scotty, Austin and Moises, were just Wonderful! Super personable gentlemen and easy to see they enjoy what they do. Not only did they fix the issue, they guaranteed their work and they were able to change their original plan/estimate, saving us a great deal more than we were expecting to pay. Thanx Top Notch! This was my first time using Top Notch. They were able to get me an appointment for the same day I called for a leaking faucet. Miguel was right on time, was very friendly and professional and completed the job quickly. Will definitely use them for any future needs.
