Jeremiah was awesome. He explained everything and gave me an accurate estimate. He took care of a leak for us that another company had told us would be a major repair and cost us a lot more money. I definitely recommend him!

Josh at Lions Home Service did a great job, was very knowledgeable and courteous. They responded to me quickly and were able to help out the very next day.

They seemed professional at first then they came out and did my pipes and did a clean out and then had to dig a hole in the front lawn and not even put it back together and left dirt all over the place, left my yard a mess and then didn’t even fix the issue at hand. They were very professional to get the business but not for the labor. Then they charged an arm and a leg to RENT a mini excavator when I had one and they charged me $2000 over the cost they paid for it! Hence to say I will not be using lion again.

Lion Home Service did a great job on servicing my septic system. Josh was the technician. He was on time, knowledgeable, and did a thorough job performing the maintenance/pumping of the septic.

Lynn with Lion pumped my septic tank completely and also helped dig up the second cover to clean out the second chamber. Lion also came very close to the lowest price in the area that I could find. Very satisfied, I will use them again.

I called this morning and spoke to a very friendly person and they told me someone would be in touch. Within an hour I received a call someone was coming and Scott was here. I had a clog problem and he diagnosed and fixed it quickly. Very friendly and professional and walked me through everything and gave advice as well. We had an emergency where the toilet was so plugged up that it was not draining at all. This was a big problem as this toilet is in our one bathroom rental, so it was imperative that the problem was fixed right away. We called a plumbing company that dispatched a technician who worked on the problem for three hours and finally gave up and left. This was after 5 pm. We called Lion Home Service, they in turn dispatched Richard Ruby. He came right away and was able to fix the problem in less than 30 minutes. He did a wonderful job. The service and professionalism by Richard and the Lion's team is impeccable. I highly recommend them!
