This company did a fantastic job and came out at the end of the day to spend 3 hours clearing a clogged sewer line for my one and only bathroom. Charity was very cordial and knew exactly what she was doing. I was most impressed with the professionalism. Gabe, also very cordial, did the camera work to check the line and I watched in real time on a phone. The line was completely clear all the way to the street. Thank you!

Lynn was very courteous and professional, he kept informed and I would recommend Lion Home Service to anyone that needs septic work done. The office staff was also great to work with.

I honestly can't say enough good things about Lion and Scott the plumber who was our technician. It was a tricky problem he pushed through it to get it solved. They were quick to arrive (probably within about 30-40 minutes of our initial call), extremely professional, did a great job, and the price was more than fair based on everything that had to be done to fix our backup problem. We will NOT HESITATE to call Lion on ALL future plumbing related issues.

They actively kept us appraised of the Technicians arrival time. Even thought it was late on the weekend, when the Technician couldn't make the time, the Company waived the dispatch fee the following day and arrived exactly as promised.

Charity was a blessing to work with and resolved the problem almost immediately. She also took the time to teach me some tricks and options.

I will be calling Lion for any future issues should they arise.

Mark did a fantastic job installing a new leach field for our home. Mark is very knowledgeable about septic systems and we highly recommend Lion Home Service if you need any kind of septic system work completed. We are very happy and very impressed.

I had Lion Rooter and Sewer come out this morning to pump my septic system vault. I made the appointment on a Sunday and they came out at 9 AM Monday morning. Their equipment is modern and worked well. The service man (Lynn) was friendly, knowledgable and did a great job. He even volunteered to help me put the grass back on top of the vault lids. I will definitely use this company the next time I have my vault pumped.

Richard was on time, courteous and helpful. We had a venting problem in our downstairs bathroom and he correctly diagnosed it and provided a remedy. He was very nice. We would definitely use Lion Home Services again should we experience plumbing issues in the future.

The tech was awesome! He seemed to be limited by the company. His truck wasn't equipped with the necessary tools to finish the job. They we're trying to charge me approximately $800 for a simple drain clean out. They ended up leaving before finishing the service that I had hired them for.

This was the first time we have had septic pumped since moving to this property 2.5 years ago. I called multiple septic companies and Lion is the only company that answered (the others have yet to call back nearly a week later.) Lion was out three days later, pumped and inspected our fifty year old tank. they were prompt, polite, and answered some questions I had since we are new to septic systems. Can’t comment on price since I never spoke with any other septic companies. The only thing Lion could do better is when I asked for a “ballpark” quote before hand to see if we were looking at 500 or 1500 dollars, they wouldn’t even give Any number without being to the house. While I understand they can’t give an exact quote without knowing what they are getting into, I feel that they could say “a straight forward tank pump between 1000 and 1500 gallons runs approximately $$$” This would feel more honest than scheduling and waiting for them to come out before having ANY idea how much you will be charged. Overall, good experience with Lion and the tech that came out (Josh.)

I was impressed with Lion services. Called on Sunday and had an appointment on Monday. Scott was great! He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He was able to install 2 toilets on the same day. Did a great job!

I called Lion Rooter & Sewer for a septic tank pump and they were at my house the next day. Josh was great! Unfortunately, he couldn't get his first truck up my driveway so he took the time to drive back to their shop and get the smaller 4x4 truck the same day. He was thorough and explained everything. I highly recommend!

Mark did a fabulous job helping us unfreeze our sewer pipes. He came out early on a Saturday morning and was very patient answering my questions while he worked, so I could understand what happened and prevent the same problem in the future. I'd highly recommend him.

We called Lion this morning and their response was quick. Charity was so nice and polite. Gary Palmer was informative and helped me understand what the best outcome could be and what the worst outcome could occur. I was treated with respect and understanding and by the Lion team doing so I trust the work that they performed. Lion sent a crew over the same day and they completed the work the very same day. They were friendly and I was able to approach them and ask questions. They were friendly and were happy to explain why I was having the sewer problems.

Lynn was AMAZING!! Not only did they come down asap (I called 9 places no one could come and our septic tank was backing up into the house) he not only did an amazing job he went above and beyond!
