I tried to call and complain to their office about an extremely aggressive driver. I had this license plate, truck type, time, and location of the incident of this driver repeatedly varying his speed by over 30 miles an hour to not multiple cars around him on the highway for about a 5 mile stretch. The office did not care about the accident their driver caused and wouldn't even take the complaint. The women that answered the phone seemed more irritated that I'd dare call and bother her with such a silly thing as watching their driver almost run people off the road.

If ethics matter to you in business this is not the right company for you. If you aren't paying them they don't care about treating you right or doing the right thing. Changing speeds from lower than the speed limit to almost 100 mph just to not let cars around you isn't a safe way to represent your company, and not caring about people calling in with driver complaints shows you exactly why that driver knew he could get away with that behavior.

These are the nicest folks you will ever meet! I hauled a piece of equipment for them & they went out of thier way to help me! Larry is a great guy !

This place does not respect or help people that have disabilities and the friends and family that are supporting them. The payroll department and their constituents are very nasty to caregivers and case managers of people that have developmental disabilities. I have never been meet with such hostility and disregard when calling a company, never. This was the worse experience I’ve had in a very long time. This company is not doing right by people especially are most vulnerable population, the disabled. Stay clear away from this place. If this how they treat people that’s calling in to request information. I can only imagine the kind of business practices they engage in. Beware! You have been warned!
