i've been using this hvac company in henderson for a long time. i called them recently because our heat pump had a problem, so the ac wasn’t working during this really hot summer. jaime was the technician who came to help. even though the part we needed for the heat pump would take a while to arrive, jaime still managed to get our ac working for now. we really appreciate it! the technician was very friendly and knew a lot about hvac systems. every time i call, they show up on time. i definitely recommend this company for any hvac service.

A couple of years back, our heater was replaced by a certain company. Recently, we encountered a problem with it, but they were quick to respond and help identify the issue. They helped rectify the situation, despite the fact that the problem originated from a faulty initial heater installation, not from their repair work. They understood that I was not to blame for this and were more than willing to meet me halfway to solve the problem at a fair cost. Working with the manager, Duane, and the technician, Jaime, was a fantastic experience. Much appreciated, guys.
