WORST COMPANY EVER...I called them because we needed someone out asap because our furnace was causing our carbon monoxide alarm to go off. They couldn't get me in for 2 days. Then on the day of my appointment they gave me a 4 hour window frame as to when the tech would show up. I waited around for 5 hours and NOONE EVER SHOWED UP not even a phone call, text or email to notify my that noone was coming. They charged me the day I set the appointment for a service fee yet they never provided a service. I called them and asked to speak with a manager about a refund. A week later and I'm still waiting on a call back from the manager and still no money back. I would no refer anyone to them.
I was having a problem with my furnace. I Just needed some maintenance, sensor cleaning, and filter replacement. The technician from The heat guru provided good tips for maintenance and suggestions for the future but with no pressure. Professional and friendly. I will definitely hire them again for hvac maintenance.
Very reliable and fairly priced company. I was in need of a good hvac company to take care of my furnaces and AC system. I was referred to The heat guru by a friend and they sent out a technician the same day i called.He did an excellent job and i was very impressed.I would definitely recommend them.
