WORST COMPANY EVER...I called them because we needed someone out asap because our furnace was causing our carbon monoxide alarm to go off. They couldn't get me in for 2 days. Then on the day of my appointment they gave me a 4 hour window frame as to when the tech would show up. I waited around for 5 hours and NOONE EVER SHOWED UP not even a phone call, text or email to notify my that noone was coming. They charged me the day I set the appointment for a service fee yet they never provided a service. I called them and asked to speak with a manager about a refund. A week later and I'm still waiting on a call back from the manager and still no money back. I would no refer anyone to them.

I was having a problem with my furnace. I Just needed some maintenance, sensor cleaning, and filter replacement. The technician from The heat guru provided good tips for maintenance and suggestions for the future but with no pressure. Professional and friendly. I will definitely hire them again for hvac maintenance.

Very reliable and fairly priced company. I was in need of a good hvac company to take care of my furnaces and AC system. I was referred to The heat guru by a friend and they sent out a technician the same day i called.He did an excellent job and i was very impressed.I would definitely recommend them.

Fantastic experience and great value. It started with all the time Jeremy spent educating me on all the options and differences between them. I was able to then choose the furnace and air conditioner that best met all my needs. They installed it less than 24 hours later the very next morning. Do not bother with Blue Mountain.

Kind and very knowledgeable. Look no further for your plumbing and HVAC needs! After having some terrible maintenance experiences with other companies, I can clearly see the difference with Blue Mountain. Highly recommend!!!

The team came out on Friday afternoon to help my family with a blown hose in our master shower. We were worried we would have to have the water turned off for the entire weekend! They were able to help with our problem quickly, transparently and were very professional.

Not sure why this company has high reviews my experience was horrible. The website says they have 24/7 emergency service. Called at 9:20 pm left a message. Called again in the morning at about 5:30, no answer. Called again at 9 this morning and someone answered. I explained the issue we are having with our water heater. The man on the phone said he wouldn't come out for their $39 assessment fee to tell me what's wrong with our water heater just so I could fix it myself. When I questioned his cost on the part needed for the repair (as I had done some research myself) he replied that the part may cost $10 but I have to make a profit and will end up charging you $100 for the part plus labor and the assessment fee. When I tried to question why he wouldn't let me pay for the assessment like he quoted without having him do the actual repair yet as I would need to discuss with my husband the cost and he sleeps during the day because he works the night shift the guy on the phone said he is not a non-profit organization. I told him I never asked for free service I just need to be pointed in the right direction so I can make an informed decision. I also said that telling me he wouldn't waste his time on a $40 assessment call when I may not use him for the repair does not give me reason to want to work with them for any future issues we may have and what about just general good customer service? He then proceeded to tell me how he has to charge a large amount for what is possibly a small job. He said that what may take a few mins and parts costing only $10-50 that in the end it will cost me upwards of $300 and apparently the cost is an issue for me so he can't help. I told him their customer service is horrible and hung up.

Nate McComis has been my “go-to” man for over 10 years. He is reliable, trustworthy, timely, & reasonably priced. Nate goes out of his way to tell you what is wrong, how he is going to repair the problem, & then goes through the repairs when he’s finished. He is knowledgeable & forthcoming about everything. He has never failed to answer or return my calls. He is professional, honest, neat, & caring. Other than my father, who was also an HVAC person, there is no one I deem more responsible, responsive, & reliable. ~Francie D.
