Constraction reviews in Highlands Ranch, Colorado

I've worked with Frank on two projects- a sizable deck, and an interior french door build. I was impressed with Frank's communication and follow through. If he says he will do something, it will happen. His ideas were useful, welcome, and always made sense. I'll be using Frank for our next project!

Frank and his team did an incredible job. They finished ahead of schedule so everything was wrapped up before the holidays, which we really appreciated. This was a large project that included both an outdoor and indoor movie theater with a lot of custom work, and they absolutely nailed it. We’re already looking forward to working with them again on our next project.

Frank Verk and his teams made a 'life altering' transformation to our kitchen and stair railings. As an unprepared decorator, Frank was patient with me and offered ideas. He discovered and fixed a plumbing issue in the kitchen that had been there for years - YIKES!! This has made such a difference in the taste of our water and pressure. Thank you for all your guidance and great work. WE LOVE IT!!!!

We recently had our deck completely redone by Frank and his team, and couldn't be more pleased with the outcome! After reaching out to several contractors, Frank was the first to truly assess our needs. He recommended replacing the entire deck instead of just adding new boards to the existing structure, which was a smart move given the condition of the 20-year-old wood.To our surprise, the cost to replace the whole deck was actually less than the first bid we received, to just replace the decking and a few support beams.

During the project, we discovered that the original posts weren’t set properly in concrete, which was a concern. However, Frank and his team handled it seamlessly, making quick adjustments with minimal impact to the timeline or budget.

The crew was fantastic—fast, efficient, and they always left the site spotless at the end of the day. From tearing down the old deck to reframing and pouring new concrete for the posts, they completed the project in under two weeks! Frank kept us updated every step of the way, from the initial bid to the final walk-through.

Couldn't be happier with the results and highly recommend Frank and his team for any decking needs!

Highly Recommended!
We just moved to highlands ranch a few months ago and thankfully found Frank through a real estate agent referral. He transformed a home office space for us. After a few initial visits to plan the project, Frank and his team knocked out the whole new office in only 8 days! Demolition, new room layout, flooring replacement, new walls, doors, drywall, mud, and paint in just over a week. We were very impressed with the drywall/paint work blending into the rest of the original walls being that they were textured 20 years ago. All of his team were professional and polite. We will soon be contacting Moonlight Construction to come back and finish our basement.
Thanks Frank and Team!

Frank at Moonlight Construction did a great job on our home renovation. From flooring to living room and master bath. Reasonably priced for the amount of work performed. Very happy with the results

Frank Verk was amazing to work with and I HIGHLY recommend using him for all your contractor needs. I have worked with about 6 others before this project and I will look no further. We did our entire house and Frank has a team of skilled professionals, he does high end work and gets the job done in a fast time frame. WE are beyond happy with how everything turned out and the quality of the work was superb. We did our kitchen, floors, paint, 2 bathroom remodels, iron work on our stairs, carpet and renovation of laundry room and basement bar. It was a big project and Frank is used to doing large renovation, builds, really anything you need!

Aside from all the furniture (no need to pay attention to that I paid for that out of my pocket), check out the new LVP tile, the new painting, the new baseboards, the new bathroom vanity, the new lighting on top of that vanity, the new bathroom tile, the new toilet, and best of all the new walk-in shower (got rid of the old bath tub that was there before) all got done and completed in just 10 days. Thank you Frank, I will recommend you for any big projects down the road if and when the tim does come for something else.

Local company, great project managers, great work.

Joel was great to work with.

I am a roofing contractor and have worked with Justin on a few roofs. Custom service is on point. You can really tell he cares about his profession which is incredibly important

A top rate job on our roof, from Proposal until the last shingle, and beyond! HIGHLY recommend! Justin Smith oversaw and managed our new roof with professionalism and personal attention! Excellent experience!

Colorado construction worked tirelessly to get my insurance company to do the right thing! After they handled all the red tape my only responsibility was picking a new roof color! The workers were done in 1 day and there wasn’t a trace of garbage at the end of the day! Excellent professional knowledgeable customer service proactively took care of everything! Perfect experience. Thank you!!

If you have ever wondered if there is a contractor out there that is professional, timely, and honest, look no further than Colorado Construction and Restoration! They had replaced my roof a few years ago because of a hail storm and sadly I had to call them again because of the recent killer hail storm. This time it was a whole lot more than just my roof that needed to be repaired/replaced. The team was AMAZING. All of the different repairs (roof, windows, siding, etc) were all perfectly orchestrated around each other AND my schedule. Everyone who was at my home was professional and courteous and cleaned up thoroughly. As much as I hope I never have to do business with them again, if the need arises, they will be my first phone call.

Colorado Construction & Restoration recently helped me with a rental property that needed a new roof. The initial inspection revealed storm damage to shingles as well as additional wear and tear on the metal flashing and gutters. From the inspection on, working with the insurance company, coordinating the schedule with the different crews through the completion of the job, everything was handled in a timely, efficient, professional manner.

My family and I would highly recommend Colorado Construction & Restoration! We had the pleasure of working with Chris, who provided us with daily updates, answered all our questions in a timely manner, came and inspected the work, and really went above and beyond. We appreciate all your help, Chris! Wonderful company and we are thankful for all their help.

Amazing company. Did a great job on our roof, a few years ago. Kudos to Ericka, director of operations. She helped me with paper work needed for insurance. Thank you so much! Great company. Very professional. Would definitely recommend Colorado Construction and restoration.

As a professional real estate investor, I have used the services of many roofing and restoration companies.

Over the last several years, Joel and his crew have handled about a 1/2 dozen jobs for me. They have proven to be timely, cost efficient, and always an advocate for me when on the job and when dealing with insurance companies.

Would highly recommend them to anybody.

We thought we had hail damage on our roof. Joel with Colorado Construction and Restoration came out and looked at our roof to confirm we had damage before we filed a claim. Our insurance company confirmed our roof was totaled. We scheduled our roof to be replaced with Colorado Construction. They had product delivered within one week! We had a new roof installed in one day! The crew was courteous and cleaned up everything! I would highly recommend them for anyone’s home! We also had a repair that needed attention above our kitchen the crews fixed this while they were onsite!!

We recently had Colorado Construction and Restoration replace our roof due to hail damage. Joel and Ericka were great to work with. They kept us informed every step of the way. The crew that replaced our roof took extra care to ensure all the old roof material was cleaned up around the house. Would recommend Colorado Construction and Restoration when looking for a roofing contractor.

I used them years ago for painting and a new roof. For the last two months I have called many, many times, emailed a couple of times and even filled out their form to get a request. Not one time has anyone ever reached out to me. Are they even still in business? When you call it doesn't even state the company name. I had a great experience with them prior and am looking to get my house painted again. I will NEVER recommend them.
